You can't play a game in that blue one, but there are some tinted ones allowed.

It's the reflective ones that you can't use.

Not during games. They recently made an exception for semi-clear visors with a pinkish hue (made by Oakley - of course, it's driven by $$$$) that can be worn during a game. Ones like Elliott is wearing in the pic can be used during warmups (which he does), but not during games unless you have a medical waiver.
