Zeke talked to coaches regarding the lack of red-zone opportunities

Also Zeke would have followed his lead blocker to the right and run in for the TD. There was an opening hole. Dowdle ran to the left right into the pile.
This is one of my issues with Rico, follow the freaking FB.

Anytime I can make a shameless homer shake his head, it’s a good thing.
It is a good thing...anyone that supports their team is a good fan in my eyes..I stopped watching games at parties because it'd piss me off anytime i heard people talking crap about the Cowboys, some around here would probably high five them.

Technically, I don't know that thy brought him in for the redzone in its entirety. Most likely, they were referring to the last five yards.

If I was on a defense against the Cowboys and Zeke came in when the ball was on the 15 yard line in the redzone, my first thought is "pass" and he's there to block.

It's not like he's going to head for the sidelines in an attempt to outrun containment. Also, I wouldn't have to be cautious about his ability to escape tackles. He's not exactly the most elusive RB in the NFL.

The Cowboys linemen are not cohesive enough to pull off an effective screen in such a congested area.

So basically, unless it is a goal line situation, Zeke isn't a very effective weapon in the redzone these days. I would probably go with Luepke before I went with Zeke. I'm not bagging on Zeke, I regret having to come to this conclusion.

I say lots of positive things. But I’m also gonna point out bad things when I see them.

To me “supporting the team” doesn’t mean just blindly saying everything is good when it’s not.

I agree with you, there's nothing wrong with being critical, but to continually put down your team with name calling get frikkin old.

his best bet to get carries and to stay on the team and active roster is to score touchdowns inside the red zone.
This.......I think he's now fighting to stay on the team. I mean he has practically no value once they bring Cook up.

Yeah, You know what else gets old? The team repeatedly failing to meet expectations.

Im just not going to apologize for being frustrated about the current state of the team.

I beg the team. Please shut me up. Please.

Rico almost cost us the game.
Yes, get Zeke.in GL situations

Hypothecially......if Zeke didn't get one play this week, and in the process, we get bum rushed by Detroit, and Dowdle had three (3) fumbles.....there would still be a thread on Zeke. Too funny.

No need to apologize, sounds like this is very important to you. Whatever makes you feel better. Go Cowboys!

Thanks @Ranching

I am a fan. Believe me, If the cowboys manage to win the Super Bowl this year. I would make a t shirt that says I heart Jerry jones and wear it around.

I would love to be proven wrong.
