All I can say to Zeke is it was all business when your legs were fast and strong and you held out for top dollar. That in my opinion you still didn’t deserve, and therefore it should be all business on your down side and on the way out. Goodbye Zeke. Don’t let the door hit you. The only running back that I hold sentiment high enough to be sentimental towards cowboy history is a man named Emmitt Smith. Maybe Tony Dorset too. Nobody else gets sentimental treatment. Zeke Took the day off once he got that fat chick.

I don’t understand why he doesn’t have surgery. He’s obviously injured and it’s not getting better. I wouldn’t pay him to limp around. Otherwise he’ll get cut and it’s over. I wouldn’t give him more than 2m a year for short yardage runs, if he can still do that.

You don't have to be The Amazing Kreskin to figure out which way they're gonna go with this. Zeke basically has 1 option. 1 dumazz team willing to pay more than 31 others. If he's hoping to maintain a few bucks in his pocket.. he might want to lose his agent and take the paycut or he could always hit his boyfriend up for a loan.

Isn't a dumazz team if the dollars are the same as if he was cut and plus no dead money

Even with a paycut from the Cowboys he will get more here than on the open market. The dumazz team was the one that overpaid him to begin with.

Facts however, it wouldn't benefit Dal enough to release him with the dead cap if you can give him a big enough paycutt that matches what they would get with a release. Plus no dead cap

We'll see what kind of pay cut they're talking about? But I still think they'd be better off just taking the hit and moving on. IMO It's time to move the offense in a different direction. This decision will be interesting.

Well given Henry is a running back and not a fullback I would not expect him to be used in such a piss-poor manner the last few years but that is what Dallas did with Zeke as my guess is they saw his declining rushing skills and used him more as a blocking back.
He's been doing it since day 1.

Well since 2020, Pollard has been taking the load and has become the better back.
Put whatever reasons on it you feel comfortable with. It does nothing to change the fact that Henry is allowed to put up games with tons of carries and not a lot of yards to show for it in hopes of breaking off a big one at the end. The Cowboys drafted Tony Pollard to break off the big ones at the end after battering the defense with Zeke. It has only been recent that Pollard has shown the ability to break off big ones early in games as well. He has developed into a good back. Still uncertain about how he will hold up getting the lion share of the snaps given that he hasn't really held up all that well getting half of them. Regardless of what the Cowboys do with Zeke, they will need a bruiser back in the mix because neither Pollard nor Davis nor Dowdell fits that bill at all.
