Not sure why they think the combine is going to determine his value. His play on the field did that already.
The Combine is just where the meeting will be. All the coaches (and in our case owners :() and agents are always at the combine. It's just a handy spot to do business and where they'll discuss Ezekiel. They'll accept the restructure though. His agent would need to read brail not to have seen what we saw. My hope is that Dallas offers him minimum wage plus a built in incentive for a jelly of the moth club if he can break 100 yards in a single game of 2023.

If you think its only zekes fault he doesnt get 100 yards you dont know football. Pretending like tony tore it up every carry and every game is turning a blind eye to our o-line and run scheme flaws to stoke the zeke hate.....er eccuse me....zeke criticism.

This guy would be lucky to get a contract period. Probably the only team that would touch him is the Cowboys because he is a Jerry Jones pet. He and his agent better take anything they can get. If I were running the Cowboys I would show him the street and bite the financial bullet before the season starts.

Okay Steve O, I may not know football but I do know 3.8 yards average (42nd worst in league) and 876 yards on the season (22nd in the league) when I see it. It's not like he didn't have the opportunity either with the 10th most attempts of any back in the league. His longest run of the season was 27 yards ranking him 84th among ball carriers. The one thing he did consistently was to score touchdowns from the goal line after Pollard did the dirty work. If it's o-line and scheme related as you alluded why didn't it affect Pollard who averaged 5.2 yards a carry on less carries for 7th best in the league? Hey look, nobody wants to have Zeke's babies more than me but he's done!

Well, that's an interesting strategy.
The combine sets up the draft board, with some adjustments on pro days.
So, the agent is banking on a lack of talent at RB in the 3-5 round pick area.
But if, there's available talent there... "Hey, we'll take a pay cut".
Which, by the way will still be more than 5 times the cost of, say, a 4th rd pick.
That's funny.

..he's going to take paycut. He's on the decline, but serviceable back.

Now with Shotty getting playcalls. He wont be running up the middle for -2. A la' Moore style.
