Nothing too specific and I don't mean to overblow it... It was just a question about why the young OLBs weren't spelling the starters more, and he said Brandon was going to be that guy for us.

It just sounded like as much as we've been frustrated that Butler hasn't played more, it's not that he's a rookie and Wade won't play rookies or any of those kinds of theories... Because if Williams were healthy he would've been playing already.

We knew Wade liked this guy from the start, but he kind of let it slip there just how much he intended to play him. You could just hear the disappointment in his voice when he mentioned him getting hurt.

I'm going to say Ogletree.

That's saying a lot because Jason Williams was my 2nd favorite player in the entire draft.

I think a lot of our picks will be playing a whole lot for years to come.

Ogletree only because he is playing the position with the most impact. Hamlin might become a better safety than Ogletree as a WR, but we'll still notice Tree more.

The BeeLER is way underused. Give him a full offseason in the weight program and he can be a part-time H-back, nickel LB, wedge buster, third down slot receiver, what have you.

I hope you're being sarcastic or making a joke. He's a rare exception who can play STs. He's not a LB in the NFL. Or anything else but a STs player.

I think it was a real setback for the defense when Brandon Williams wend down and suddenly they had to shift Victor Butler over to the strongside and learn a spot he wasn't going to play this season, if ever.

That's almost like losing two players.

I'm going to say Ogletree.

It's really awesome how quickly Kevin Ogletree can go from standing still to being at top speed.

I remember an article following the draft blasting Brandon Williams for coming out early because he could've possible become a first round prospect with a big senior season.

It didn't give us any credit for potentially getting such a player in the fourth round.

I hope he's healing up nicely.

You can't keep playmakers off the field. If he's a playmaker then he'll find snaps. Look for Ogletree to get more opportunities. After that it's up to him to make the best of it.

I think this kid begins to learn the placekicking spot and will challenge Folk in the future for the spot.

I don't think he will keep up this torrid pace for touchbacks and be the placekicker for the Cowboys in the future, but he has the best chance of all the rookies of making the Pro Bowl before the others.

He looks to be a strong kid and if he can keep his mental make up strong he should be able to compete for a full time kicking position earlier than later.
