I Was Wrong About Kellen The Hammer Moore

completely 100% the opposite you all are like completely void of facts Jerry interviewed him on the phone they set up a second informal interview that was supposed to happen between the championship game and the Super bowl but instead Jerry chose Brian schottenheimer and then that interview never happened literally Jerry rejected Kellen Moore that is the actual story you literally think he said no to Jerry no that's the opposite he has said on many occasions he would love to come back here Jerry turned him down Jerry said no..

You all bring in these little arguments like we were turned down by Mike McCarthy and Callum or don't even know the story when it's been there all along Jerry chose not to meet Mike McCarthy's demands because they were ridiculous given how bad that Green Bay playoff loss was followed by another bad season he didn't have that much leverage Jerry chose not to meet them that means Jerry did not want Mike McCarthy back or he would have had him back he could have had Kelly Moore all he had to do was wait for the second interview and he could have hired him on the spot he chose to cancel the second interview,

that means Jerry said no , is IT that hard to understand?

2,000 yard rushers, a QB who can break long runs at anytime, good receivers and a strong offensive line will make anyone look like a genius.

But kudos to him for overcoming adversity here and the Chargers, and becoming an NFL Head Coach.

I get it, but I will say it again, we would have moved past the div round of the playoffs with both Romo and Dak IF the defense could make a stop when we absolutely needed it. Rogers 4th and 25? No problem, our defense couldn't make the stop? Romo fumbled FG in Seattle? If only the defense could have forced a 3-and-out we could have had time to get a field goal to win.
The issues go much deeper than who the QB is. Our beloved GM is where all the heat should be, not some QB who can't help if Jerry overpaid him.
Great points, all.

Kellen Moore was good here. To say he wasn't good is disingenuous.

But I feel like his rapid ascent results from the expectation that he could be the next Sean McVay.

I just don't think he's that guy.

And that's okay.

The guy won the Super Bowl and performed at a high level many people were wrong about him. Is he HC material? No one knows most people change HC often, but he will have a career in the NFL till retirement.

followed these story IN REAL time, and have good memory, it was reported as exactly that..

KM was interviewed by Jery via Phone/zoom , went well, set up 2nd interview for between the NFCCG and SB break, but BS blew jerry away in Interview one, got interview 2 , KM interview 2 never happened because BS was hired..

it is that simple.. KM did NO reject this job, he reported he was very interested in coming back. Yes., KM would be here right now if BS didn't somehow change jerrys mind..

too bad so sad for your false narrative to be just that , FALSE..

heres a link there far more that was going around than this, but this was HERE.. https://cowboyszone.com/threads/kel...job-that-went-to-brian-schottenheimer.532232/

With Romo, yes. What divisional round game has Dak even played well in? He's the liability.

And now, when his new contract hasn't even started yet, he's old and injury-prone with a bum leg and no speed to go along with his errant arm and lack of confidence.

This forum couldn't run Kellen Moore out of town fast enough. He was hated here.

He’s now with his third team since leaving the Cowboys. His Dallas story is inconsequential. He will now be judged solely on his efforts as head coach of the Saints. It’s time to stop caring about Kellen Moore.

Daks first playoff game vs Green Bay he had better stats than Rogers.

You hold promotions against him, and a Super Bowl win?

Don’t hold anything against him. He has put together an impressive coaching resume and ascended to head coach in the NFL at a very young age. Like every other head coach he’s going to be judged on what he accomplishes as a head coach. I suspect he is going to do very well in his coaching career. Like Brian Schottenheimer, the 2025 NFL season is going to be very challenging for him. Six wins, for either of them, would equal a good start considering their respective teams’ current circumstances.

And it's much easier to be a "great offensive coordinator" when you have the no. 1 defense, no. 1 defensive line, great offensive line and a great running back as well.
Didn't the Eagles miss the playoffs the year before. They fired the OC and hired Moore.
Brought in Barkley and won a SB on the arm of Hurts. I would say Moore had a lot to do with the SB win. Every team needs the players but qit's up to the coaches to put them in a position to win.

They did not “miss the playoffs the year before”.

Stats mean nothing, and Dak played horrible in that game. Put them in a huge hole.

And the Packers were awful that year. They were down 31-7 the next week and got killed.
Rogers had great stats in that game and as I said, Dak's were even better. After leading our potential game winning drive, I don't remember Dak being on the field when our defense failed to stop the Packers on 4th and 25. Yeah, Dak does not play defense.

I've never seen a guy who keeps falling up. He gets run out of Dallas and immediately get the same job in SD. Then he washes out there quickly and lands the same job in Philly where he's got AJ Brown , Barkley, and the best OL in football. Now he's a HC.

. He will probably get fired in 2-3 years and land the MNF job.
That would be falling down. Hell probably get fired in 3 years and replace Roger Goodell

art doesn't have a clue he's another dak lover who will blame everybody but dak. Maybe he and bob can write another I hate Jerry thread. they never get old.
