The Brian Schottenheimer staff is now complete for his first season in Dallas. What is your grade?

Grade should not include Schotty. Just talking positional coaches only. Here is the list:

You cannot give a grade until you see or take the test. Besides, I don't know most of them at all.

B: Considering we haven't seen one practice yet, love the attempts to get better and not have this buddy system atmosphere of hiring coaches just because you worked with them elsewhere! Get new ideas, plans, and thoughts in here!!
thoughts are always the key to everything, aren't they?

Solid B. Alot of college guys. They all sound good, but it's hard to tell until they are actually coaching pro's

I do love that the offensive hire point to a more hard nosed philosophy

to me they all fit with the same kinda mind set, ball control by ground game..again i could be wrong but it seems that the HC sold the GM on a run scheme and was allowed to bring in coaches that use concepts that run that scheme..but again if we dont have the pieces to use that scheme its not gonna work.

I'll give them an A until such time as they prove it's not deserved.

Mostly, I like that it was Schottey who picked them and not Jerry.

I voted B, it’s a B-. I like the staff hirings more than the Schottenheimer hiring. Sometimes the coordinators can make an average coach look better, at least that’s what I’m hoping in this situation.

Do the pieces that the Cowboys have fit the scheme the coach is looking to run?

I don't even know how you grade position coaches as a fan, because you have no visibility into what they do.

Eberflus rubs me the wrong way. Him throwing the Bears players under the bus was beyond the pale - no coach should even consider doing that in front of the media. Frankly, he isn't good enough of a defensive playcaller to be that much of an *******.

I don't know anything about Adams.

B...with a chance to be an A depending on post season results.
but i do like many of the hires.
