Underrated Movies You Recommend

Hardy again with an excellent supporting cast, including Gary Oldman, as a disgraced ex-soviet war hero looking a serial killer in far eastern Russia circa 1950s.

Following a Russian theme, Woody Harrelson finds serious trouble while travelling via train to Siberia.

Not a movie but something I am currently liking none the less is "Project Bluebook". Actually the only show that has completly held my attention in years now.

Been waiting to watch it for some time and just finished season 1. About to watch season 2, which ended just recently think. I like the acting and everything and fits the timeframe (50's 60's) very well imo.

Certainly an X-files feel there yet still different in a good way.

Admittedly I'v seen one... so might hold a bit more interest to me than for others. Good ratings though anyway.

Ishtar 1987. Once considered the biggest box office flop, this is one of the most hilarious movies ive ever seen. Dustin Hoffman and Warren Betty play 2 songwriters that are bad... hilariously bad at writing songs. Its charming, hilarious and even shot on location.

Thanks so much for the suggestion!
Watching it right now
It's not superior, but it's pretty funny....definitely worth a watch - I never would've w/o your rec.
Thanks!!!

Given the highly acclaimed cast and direction, I doubt this was an underrated movie, but I just watched Cinderella Man for the first time and found it be an excellent flick.

I enjoyed it as well, I grew up in Bergen County
But I DESPISED how Ron Howard depicted Max Baer.
I guess Howard needed a villain to contrast with Braddock, so he created a monster
But everything I've ever read about Max Baer shows he was a pretty great man.

"wrong turn at Tahoe" /"seven Psychopaths"/ "the business"
