You can win a Super Bowl with Nick Foles if he has a Super Bowl MVP performance leading your offense to 41 points. The team around him wasn’t that good he just had a lights out performance. Go see how often that’s happened in the history of the Super Bowl where an average QB had a game like that. The Cowboys will never have a good enough team, especially defensively where they can win a Super Bowl with an average QB. The 5 championships they’ve won were with Hall of Fame QBs. You continue to think it’s as simple as just drafting another QB and SB here we come. LOL Dalton isn’t good enough to win a championship, he’s not even good enough to win a playoff game he’s already proven that. If you want to end up like Cincinnati go with him as your starter. You’ll end up with a high draft pick where you can find another QB.
Jim Plunket did it twice as a backup QB. The dude was an ok QB, couldn't even get a starting job. The Giants did it with Jeff Hostetler. What was so great about Kaepernick or Flacco? Yet both were in the SB. Foles didn't do anything out of the ordinary. He played really well with a really good team around him. Like he usually does. I wasn't shocked that he could throw a football as good as Wentz. You don't have to be elite to win a SB.
