^^well said^^ and 100% fact. For all those idiots that kept falsely stating he would hold out, they been exposed. He was NEVER gonna pull that! He was always going to sign his tag for the reasons stated above. As I have also stated many times on here. It also shows good faith toward working on a long term deal by him just being here. I feel he wouldnt have signed the tag unless that was the case. Common sense was always going to prevail on this.Dak signing the tender was always a foregone conclusion. By signing now, with one fell swoop, he eliminates further talk of holdouts, not being a team player, or putting coach mac at a disadvantage by not being able to work installing a new system with his starting qb. Truth is dak's a good guy and wanted to put the distractions to bed. Kudos to dak. Kudos also to Stephen for drawing a line in the pie and sticking to it. If revenues fall this year, so will salaries and the cap. Something dak and his agent didn't plan for. Advantage Stephen.
