So, get the rookies on the field, evaluate their playing time, stop with the, “they need more practice” as others have mentioned.
I would get the non- performers off the field. They have had plenty of on field time, there’s no more to evaluate.
Here is the most likely scenario, they’ll eventually get on the field after a player injury.
