I’m saying fans are misreading his intentions . This is just a ploy positioning in negotiations.

With the collapse of the season Daks stock has risen which could cost the Cowboys more money. Jethro is trying to reel that back in.

I disagree with you 100%.
They didn't give him the big bucks when he was healthy now coming off a possible career-damaging injury Dak is toast.
Come the Spring we will see who was correct on this one!

P.S.Dak had his chance with the best offensive roster in the NFL and FAILED!

Hmmmm 8 hours later and still no answer as to when garbage time begins.. I need to know so I can know which of Dak's stats I can disregard. I mean how did the Rams, Seahawks, Falcons, and Giants all "let" the Cowboys come back and take leads against them.. And did Cleveland's defense stop "letting" the Cowboys score after the first, second or third TD drive? Or were they just trying to keep the score close so that people wouldn't turn the channel? Um jess axin..

Here's the thing about the idiots who want Dak gone at any cost.. For him it's a no lose situation. If he signs here he gets to play for his boyhood team and continue building on what he started... If he signs elsewhere he will get to pick from whichever contender he likes best and go to a better team and better run organization (not hard to do) and will be that much more likely to hoist a Lombardi in his career than he would in Dallas. And still make more money in the next 5 years than everyone on this site combined..

The radio announcer took what Jones said as garbage time but in reality it could mean that defenses were playing prevent defenses which often allows the other team to move the ball down the field but not give up any long plays until before they know it the other team is in the red zone.

Poor Jerry must have tons of frustration built up esp after Todd up the ante after the first 3 dog wins last year.
This is the first shot of many leading to Dak's departure from Big D.

I totally forgot those 3 in row dog wins to start last season. Jerry could finally be coming to his senses getting rid of Dak and drafting a QB that is accurate and teams will fear in the redzone.

Many here will be very surprised where Prescott ends up and for how much when he hits the FA market.
The only place he is considered a top-notch QB is here in the CZ or the media which is mostly guided and controlled by the top agents such as Mr.Todd.
31 GM classified him a Tier 3 QB and that's exactly what(if he's lucky after the injury)he will be offered as a FA.

Not true. Manning's QBR and PR were declining in his 4th and 5th seasons, and he was throwing a boatload of INT's. Brees regressed in his 5th season.

Even so, is Dak's performance regressing, or is the team's performance regressing? It isn't automatically the same thing.

By any measure other than team wins Dak was performing at an extremely high level when he got hurt. His QBR and PR were high, and he was the primary reason the team was competitive despite an awful defense. The only problem with the offense turnovers - mostly fumbles early in the game.

The culprit on the team failure was a defense giving up an average of 36 points per game in the games Dak played in. Manning and Brees would also find it a bit difficult to overcome that.

Some valid points , and dallas defense is a big issue . But Brees and Manning QBR stats you site should not be the only measure . These two had defenses focused on suppressing their play because they were the key to those team offensive scheme . Dallas key scheme is running hr football mostly to open up the pass . Plus these two QBs won SB and reached and won more playoff games .
