Dak, now it's crystal clear the Joneses are not 100% all in on you. They are outright telling you what they think and what they were trying to do to draft your replacement before this year started. Give them what they want. Make them eat their words and regret losing you. Go find a team that will truly appreciate you.

It's crystal clear that Dak wasn't 100% in on the Cowboys. He had a fair deal before he got injured and turned it down.

Team tried to make him a very rich guy. Dak doesn't have anybody to blame but himself and his agent. And you won't find a bigger dak fan then me.

He can’t demand a release
He signed the franchise agreement
If he want to leave he has to wait
And if he doesn’t want to be here he can just not sign a contract or another tag
You can’t demand a release and it would be very stupid of an injured player to give up a pay check and free rehab of his injury

Well, here's a question. Prescott is on the tag and Dalton is on a one year looking to get another shot so what's wrong with using the 2nd on a QB? Or even the 1st?

It would help if the Joneses would shut their traps about how great these players are and spend more time putting a little pressure on them to perform. Booger learned little from Johnson and Parcells, never let the players get comfortable in their positions.

When I asked Bob Lilly why he would take a shot in his back just to practice before a critical game, he said he didn't want to lose his job. Crazy huh? Bob Lilly lose his job? Now you know Landry wouldn't do that and Landry knows he wouldn't do that but he didn't want Bob to know he wouldn't.

Ya know that scene in "North Dallas Forty" where the owner's brother is talking about the draft pick that is supposedly going to take Elliott's job? That ain't fiction, that's the game.

CAR just fired their GM and that makes 3 within the season so far. That's what happens on other teams. Loyalty is nothing more than performance.

you should always be looking for talent to develop.
does drafting Tony Pollard show disloyalty to Zeke.
or drafting CeeDee...does that mean they have no loyalty to COOOOOP or Gallup.
you can sign Dak long term....and still look for QBs to develop behind him.
thats not being disloyal.....thats being smart.

I don’t believe for a second they considered Hurts.
Typical FO speak, for any team.
Bozo and Bozong are just hoping Hurts will take it easy on them by giving him false praise. Won't work, the only thing a running QB likes better than a big OL is playing the Dallas Cowboys and that goes back a long way.

Uh, I thought it was understood I was referring to the offseason? Jerry could tag Dak a second time and force Dak to be tied to the team once again in 2021, even if Dak refuses to sign it. If Dak refused to sign it, he still wouldn't be able to go anywhere unless Jerry outright released him.

A guy who's badly injured and 2 games away from free agency demanding to be released :lmao:
You, too? You also didn't understand what I was referring to? Do I have to explain every tiny little bit of thought...slowly...so you can fully understand?

It wasn't a fair deal when you averaged out the guaranteed portion to the amount of years Jerry and Stephen were offering...a whole year or two later compared to Dak's peers as well. Compared to what Goff and Wince got, Dak was offered much less in average per year.

No chance Dak gets tagged by any functioning front office. But if JJ does Dak will.thank his lucky stars and sign. Dak wont get 40m anywhere else, even over multiple years.
