How do I post the famous Maury picture that says "the lie detector determined that was a lie"?

He exposed himself with the statement, "I work to make the Cowboys interesting and relevant ".

Very interesting he did not say competitive. There is not one word in that tweet that says he lives and dies off of the Cowboys winning games. He made sure we knew he's committed to keeping them relevant and interesting and he wants us to believe he deeply cares about the team and not money. Which is true, he cares about the team being relevant more than he cares about money. But competitiveness is not in that tweet because his needs are being met by them being relevant and interesting.

Competitiveness is not a priorit . The priority is Jerry being relevant and interesting and using the Cowboys to get that need met.

His words not mine. This is textbook narcissism.

Trash owner, trash GM and trash human being.

Kneeling at the altar of the fan hoping they stick with him as he changes little to the way he’s operated.

When you want to win, you draft or pay for a great free safety. Nah, it's unneeded wide receivers and a huge contract for a running back for us.

Then you turn around and stiff your quarterback in negotiations.

-------IMO one of the biggest myths out there is that Jerry doesn't care about winning. He most certainly cares very much about that. Unfortunately, caring about it and having a good strategy to achieve it are not one and the same. He's the common denominator in this team for the past 25 years with no championships. He needs to get out of the way and hire a highly qualified GM and not meddle. He should not be buddies with any of the players. He should not ever be in the locker room. He should not do interviews related to the team's performance. I wish he would figure out that his wanting to win has nothing to do with whether or not that actually happens.

BS!!! At different times, Jerrah went and signed both Haley and later Deion...he needed them both to assure that we had the best team to put us over the top. If he TRULY cared about winning, he wouldn't be the GM, and we would not be getting puppets and retreads as our HC....he would be seeking the best GM and HC.

He does care about winning. He believes he is the teams best chance at doing so. The ratings and attendance argument is BS. Fault the man all you want for his deficiencies as a GM, but it doesn't change his desire to win. The problem is he sold his soul to the devil to get that last superbowl out of Switzer.

Time to sell his kid's souls now. They're going to You-Know-Where anyways!

If he cared more about winning he'd be honest with himself and his son, look at the last 25 years which would rank them in the bottom third of the league in terms of success and make significant changes to how they do things. But he hasn't and he won't because significant changes would involve the Jones family getting out of the football personnel business and they have no desire to do that. So I guess you can say he wants to win but he only wants to win on his terms.

He also won't stop being a loyal fool to people he likes. That was made crystal clear with Garrett where he let him coach for far too long and never actually even fired him, he just let his contract expire. And during the period he waited for Garrett's contract to expire other coaches ent off the board that should have been targets for the Cowboys - a guy like Matt Ruhle for example.

lol same garbage spiel year after year. The guy’s a POS. How he feels about winning is irrelevant at this point.
