For all the hatred Jaylon gets....he has the highest grade among linebackers...seems like some others should be getting that hatred to......
among our LBs, means that they all suck. Jaylon was too many times out of position, late and had too many tackles down field. several key times players ran right by him because he can't cut, or react. he is straight ahead LB and nothing but that at this point. he is physically limited.

He is clearly are best linebacker that is why he plays over 90% of the snaps. But to defend the haters Jaylon is paid like a top 5 linebacker and plays like a bottom 5.
I wouldn't go so far as to say he's bottom 5 but I won't even go so far to even defend his play either. But I agree he's the best we have yet he receives the most criticism...I guess that's the name of the game but LVE gets a pass for whatever reason and he can't even get on the field and when he does he's bad.

Lmao what? The whole LB core is doodo & it starts with Jaylon. Dude needs to go, & take LVE & Lee with him. It’s pathetic how much of a man crush you have on the guy. Yikes.
So I say all of the linebackers are bad and that means I have a man crush because I don't say he's the only bad one? That's some sound logic you have there.....par for the course I guess....

I never denied any of that. I'm simply saying they all suck yet there's only one we hear about sucking among fans.....all because he "swipes" or celebrates...if LVE was even out of position I'd consider that a positive play for him being he can't even get on the field to begin with.

I say you have a man crush because you cry every time someone criticizes him. Like I said, pathetic. Dude is making millions, celebrating after offenses get first downs. Bum needs to go.

But I didn't defend him I said others need to be held accountable to...but this is what y'all do...y'all sit on your couch and envy people in better positions then you are and cry about how much "millions" they make. I honestly could careless how much he makes. I want him replaced as I do the rest. Sounds like you are trying to defend the saviors Lee and LVE....they've been trash too. Sorry if that ruffles your feathers...get over it.

So, am I to assume that this team is not really the most talented one in the league like I've heard so often?

I think there should be a ranking for coaching as well since so many think it's all on them.

Hmmm...it would appear this team is not the mythical "one player away" and the "loaded roster" theory seems debunked as well.

It's one thing for fans to be unrealistic about the state of the roster. Our problem is the front office is even more delusional.

“Sounds like you are trying to defend the saviors Lee and LVE”

Are you delusional, or does Jaylon really mean so much to you, that you’d willingly sound like an incoherent weirdo while trying to defend him? Did you not read my original comment? I’ve given criticism to both LVE & Lee all year. Everyone has. Lol everyone been calling for Lee’s retirement for the past 3 years. Dude is way past his prime.

“y'all sit on your couch and envy people in better positions then you are and cry about how much "millions" they make”

Actually cringe. I was talking about money in relevancy to his contract. Meaning his play on the field isn’t worth what he’s getting paid. The fact that you wanna make it as if people have personal vendettas with him, when all they’re doing is giving valid criticisms goes to show you’re way too obsessed with the guy.

That’s because you still don’t get it. As you’ve said in previous threads, you don’t care what players make. Well most of is do which is why people still bash LVE but not nearly as much as Jaylon. If he gets paid like Jaylon you can expect the same consistent bashing that Jaylon gets.

In the real world, most people are paid based on performance. In your world, pay and performance aren’t connected.

Not to mention the salary cap issue but you’re not concerned about that either. You don’t care if they throw around money to people who don’t play like they’re being paid to play.

You think zeke would get the same amount of hate from most people if he was getting paid like the 48th RB he was this last season? The answer is no but you still don’t understand that.

*It’s also becoming more obvious what you’re getting at, just a heads up.

I actually like Jaylon. His story is incredible and most of these aholes have no clue about what this man went through to play football again. The sad thing is the local media has turned on him and are putting out rumors that he will be released.

I do think there is a drop off in his play from 2018 and wonder if it is because now he has 30+ guaranteed in the bank. Jaylon used to hit real hard. I remember in 2018 if he squared up and hit you it hurt. The Texans and Saints games he would punish the ball carriers. He also moved real fast. I remember him spying on Russell Wilson in the playoffs. He was on him like white on rice. I do wonder if his injury has regressed but I just don’t see the same player.

Keeping with my one man crusade to trade Amari Cooper, the 36th ranked WR is the 4th highest paid WR in the league. He will be a $22 million CAP hit for the Cowboys in 2021, and for the following 3 years after that.

It is not that I dislike Cooper as a receiver. He is not a bad player, but the guy has no fight, no heart. When he catches a pass 1 yard short of the 1st down, he gets hit and goes down. He never fights for the yard. Look at CeeDee. If he is 170 lbs soaking wet I'd be shocked, but he fights for the yard every time he catches the ball. I want players like that. Even Zeke, who is also not delivering the production to match his contract, fights for the yard most of the time. In the Eagles game, with the season on the line, Zeke, with his bum leg, was carrying tacklers for the yard and bulling his way into the end zone. Amari was stopped short of the 1st down and knocked out of bounds before getting in the end zone.

Jerry Jones said yesterday, he needs to spend money on defense and every dollar he puts towards Dak's contract takes away from the defense that is desperate for players. Jerry has a point for a change. Finding QBs is hard. Finding WRs not as hard. Before I toss Dak to the curb because I can fit him under the cap, I would be looking to see if I could move Cooper and his $20 million salary.

Stop it he had to play most of the year with dalton, gilbert, and dinucci. He was graded around 10th b4 dak went down.
