I think Dak is a good quarterback, not great and certainly not elite, great leader on and off the field, probably reached his ceiling talent wise, just don't think he's worth 160 million over four years, I'm not going to question his loyalty to the team, he clearly wanted to remain a Cowboy and wants to bring a championship to Dallas, just don't think he has the talent to carry a team to a championship unless he has all the pieces around him..
