DE is in better shape (as far as at this moment) than DT, imho. A lot depends on Gregory though, can he play 17 games at the level he's shown flashes at?

I’m taking a wait and see approach but I can’t wait to find out. Maybe Anae put on weight and Quinn will love him? (Still think he has some of the best hands I’ve seen on Dline) Maybe the competition makes them all better. It’s fun to have a 330 guy for a change that’s young.

I’ve been watching a ton of Parsons tape and feel better about him. If they played him as a pass rusher every play, there’s no doubt in my mind he’d be a 10 sack a year guy.

I'd say those 10, but Watkins just being signed may put him on the roster.

Look at the Dline in 2019 compared to what McCarthy has done there. They might not be ready to dominate, but someone is here taking it seriously because the work in this area before has truly been pathetic. Hill was just a desperation pick after the Ram debacle or else he wouldn't even be here. This line is at least shaping up. They've done more already for this unit in 2 years than the previous 10 combined.

I think that Jaylon Smith can play the LEO. It's the SAM in run calls and more blitzing and man in pass calls.

What did we do? The backups are better, but we didnt find any starters. Urban is actually the best thing they did and thats pretty sad.
