Dak Haters once again moving the Goal Post.........Aaron Rodgers Superbowl win came with the Green Packers Defense Rankings Points 2nd Overall

@USArmyVet your argument is weak especially since Aaron Rodgers has been asking for help from the Front Office .....Isn't Aaron Rodgers supposed ELEVATE the team to a higher level.

Did Aaron Rodgers ELEVATE Charles Woodson's led defense to Packers SuperBowl Victory?

See Below:

Daks First 5 Years as Starter - Defensive Ranking Points

2016: 5th - Defense got Better - Dak "led" the team to play-offs | lost division

2017: 13th - Defense got Worse

2018: 6th - Defense got Better - Dak "led" the team to play-offs | lost division

2019: 11th - Defense got Worse

2020: 28th - Historically BAD and Andy Dalton Never Carried anything

Rodgers First 5 Years as Starter (After Favre Left)- Defensive Ranking Points

2008: 22nd - Aaron DID NOT CARRY TEAM

2009: 7th - Defense got better, Aaron led team to the play-offs | lost in Wildcard

2010: 2nd - Defense was the Best lead by Charles Woodson, Aaron "led" team to a Superbowl Win

2011: 19th - Defense got Worse and Aaron led the team to the play-offs | lost in division

2012: 11th - Defense got Better and Aaron led the team to the play-offs | lost in division

The Concept of Complimentary Football is Lost to Dak Haters

You use the same ignorant 'move the goalpost' line far too much. Interesting how YOU moved the goalpost by using years much earlier than I used seeing as how I used the same years between Dak and Rodgers......and yes, Rodgers is supposed to ELEVATE the team.....something Dak clearly has yet to do so thanks for proving my point.

Lastly, so Rodgers led the team to the playoffs in 2011 AFTER the defense ranking dropped from 2nd to 19th yet Dallas had no such significant dropoff (with the exception of 2020 and Dak got hurt anyway) yet Dak couldn't LEAD the team to the playoffs? I guess it isn;t the defense then.

I wouldn’t say he hasn’t elevated the team at all. Just not to the level some of the Elite QB like Rodgers has.

It was basically the same issues in Romo era. We didn’t have much chance without him but it wasn’t enough without a greater team especially on defense for more success .

We’d all love to have a Rodgers or Mahomes.

You don't think red zone scoring matters? That's a wow.

I think we should also consider that Dak was saddled with Garrett and Scotty Boy. Those coaches always had a difficult time scoring Touchdowns.

Also, the front office has not been doing a good job acquiring talented players. It is a miracle that Dak has won as many games as he has.

Well, neither Garrett or Linehan are here any longer so those excuses stop and now it's on Dak to prove he was worth the new contract.

It has only been one season and they broke his ankle. Those are pretty good excuses.

It’s amazing how much the Dak and Romo era are mirroring each other. Some of the same issues. Probably cause it’s the same offense regardless who’s coaching it or calling the plays.

I wonder why McCarthy didn’t consider implementing his own offense?

Yea, but the same offense is still in play. Moore is running Garrett’s offense .

Okay, so basically Dak will have some sort of excuse his entire career....got it.
Most Cowboy fans are more in the middle. They see Daks weaknesses and strengths.

One man doesn’t win or lose championships.

If you fairly evaluate this entire roster QB isn’t it’s greatest weakness. Would we rather have an Elite HOF caliber QB . Of course!!

But Dak appears enough to build around . What choice do we have ? This is the bed that’s been made for us. Given that how would you try and improve on the roster . I’d begin on defense .

Who knows if Dak will be enough. Romo wasn’t and I think he was a better QB. It is what it is. Why conduct a campaign against the player who isn’t our greatest weakness.

And we welcome critical thinking but don’t let these Dak Slobberers set the mark. Most fans avoid these discussions because of both extremes . And why I’ve been inserting myself as such . I’m determined to speak for most of the fans here who would like to see this foolishness either contained or go away.

At least Mahomes shows up when the defense finally appeared. We see Dak go MIA when our defense makes an appearance.
You’re a victim of how perception becomes reality. You’ve been sucked by the haters.

If they still have this problem this year then there's a problem here. You got a good line. 3 good receivers, 2 good backs, the TEs are starting to come around. Should be the year they don't have this issue.

Just think about it a little.

Dak had:

Witten who was in decline, Dez who was in decline and had no focus, and Cole who was a runt.

Just how on earth was Dak supposed to score Touchdowns?

I am no Dak supporter, but i didnt heard of that critique.

There are a lot other important deficites that Dak has.
No one perfect Brady, Rogers and Mahomes included. I’ll take a top 7 and rising QB.
