No one on this team is saying, "that's my QB", that's why he runs alone. This would never happen to Troy Aikman, too many of his teammates had his back. I applaud Dak for his dedication but like Tony Romo, he is destined to waste his career on a team that never gets to the big show because the Jones boys never bothered to put a good enough team around him.

Dak Stats Rookie Season

13-3 record 311 of 459 Comp % 67.8% 3,667 Yards 8.0 YPA 23 TD's 4 INT's TD % 5.0 INT % 0.9

Dak Stats 2017-2020

29-24 record 1,203 of 1,834 Comp % 65.6% 13,967 Yards 7.62 YPA 83 TD's 36 INT's TD % 4.45 INT % 1.95

So statistically speaking since his successful rookie season Dak's record (down 26.6%) Comp % (down 2.2%), YPA (down .38 YPA), and TD % (down .5%) have been decreasing while his INT % (up 1.05%) has increased.

As many have said including myself, Dak passing more is not the answer to a winning formula but resorting back to the approach of the 2016 wherein Zeke and the running game were the focus with Dak supplying a complimentary role is a far better approach....but obviously not possible now after the contract extension and over commitment to the passing game.
It's been well established that Dak's rookie season is still his best season. Rockport himself has posted stuff that proves it actually, granted he had no idea that's what he was doing, but that's his own fault.

The problem is we're entering year 6 now. Dak's rookie season should not still be his best year. How people can not be concerned about this is beyond me at this point.

I don't really care if you accept stats or not. You're the one that will look emotional in a debate because you chose to call any stats you don't like "false". It's pretty embarrassing if I'm being honest.
You dont know me very well do ya

Are you being honest? We know not all stats tell the tale that needs to be told. Some do but it's wrong to criticize someone that faults any stats. And are you equating being emotional with being wrong? That doesn't sound right either. So what are you getting at? You are saying things that can easily be dismissed, IMO. Come up with a better argument because the one you have here isn't a winner.

The fact that he's so bad against good teams that it warrants CBS making a graphic to tell the story is concerning to me.
I know you and some of your friends always look at stats in a vaccum, because it suits the agenda, but here is reality of win/loss against teams with a winning record for some QBs of note (assuming you meant that's a good team).

Rodgers 36-43
Cousins 7- 35 (he is one of your favorites and top 10 ranked in your opinion)
Mahomes - 10-6
Jackson 10-6
Murray 3-11
Watson 7-19 (isn't he another one of your favorites)
Brady 74-47 nothing to say but WOW
Wilson 32-27
Ryan 31-55
Prescott 13-20
Stafford 8-67
wentz 10-21

so seems like there is 4 active QBs that have a winning record, the rest all have losing records.....

but I am sure if we exclude 2016, games played west of rockies, at 4:00 PM on grass, games on NBC and a few other qualifiers then yes, you are right he has a dismal record...

That's the thing when you invest in a player of Daks character. He's going to work his tail off and continue to get better. He won't rest on his contract and be content. Not only that, but he sets the tone for the rest of the team. When your franchise QB is working his tail off there is no greater example to follow.

It's a legit question and one you haters can't answer.
You wake up saying hater before breakfast, say hater a few more times before lunch, and go to sleep mumbling hater, hater ,hater all night long.
You say it so much that you actually forgot who the real haters are,,, now its just anyone that says anything you dislike...
I hate rain clouds.... sometimes..
But the good lord knows Im just busting his chops a bit.

you could say in wins/losses that was his best season....but then again you yourself don't credit Dak for 2016...you have given credit to everybody else...but I guess it suits this line of argument

Wentz is out 5-12 weeks. Suck it.
Wow, that's an emotional response. Do you hate the Colts that's much or are you still torment by what he did as an Eagle to your Cowboys? As a Cowboys fan, I'm not emotionally scared that way so I'm just curious what provoked such a reaction from you?

I mean, okay, I get it, but all those other guys being bad doesn't excuse Dak being bad. He's the QB of my favorite football, so Kyler Murray being 3-11 doesn't concern me as much as Dak being 13-20 because Kyler Murray doesn't play for the Dallas Cowboys.

Seems you have very low football expectations and your talent bar for QB is pretty much in the dirt.
No one is blind and hatred as much as you want to believe it is not a factor.
If you are happy with Dak as our QB its a free country so enjoy those 3 and outs and garbage stats.
The only folks that are really blind here are the ones that refuse to see his so many faults at the position.
GL either way.

Low expectations for what? I have mid to high expectations for QB and in just about every metric Dak Prescott is higher up on the food chain than most Qb's!

I do however have low expectations for the Cowboys organization as whole a because of Jerry's Ego.. Here is a great example of that Ego- Jerry admitted recently that he *** up the relationship with Jimmy Johnson but he couldn't point a finger on why or how he messed it up. An outside observer can clearly see it was Jerry's Ego that messed that relationship up, but even to this day Jerry refused to admit that! I'm pretty sure he hasn't or won't look in the mirror and say it was my Ego and their in-lies the problem with Jerry and one that continues to doom our beloved Cowboys. I see you with a similar problem to Jerry's quite honestly Pappy, it's obvious to anyone who has came across your short and abrupt attacks on Dak that your ego has influenced you to look for nut rolling theories to support your comical witch hut to prove Dak's inferior play.

It's okay that you're unhappy with Dak as the QB of your beloved Cowboys, but just as you say some don't refuse to see his faults, the same thing can be said for the ones who can't see his strengths. The problem here is that the faults some of you speak of are made up fantasy land knee jerks that hold no weight in reality. Is Dak perfect? No, but neither was Trent Dilfer or Mark Rypen, or even Nick foles for that matter.. The list goes on and on man... At this point you're beaten down by Jerry and found your scapegoat in Dak.

Why does it seem like you're taking joy from another players injury?

Sorry, didn't mean to hurt your feelers. Interpret it however you want. I have zero remorse hating on the Eagles or their closet fans over here.
