They are weak at backup offensive tackle and center. If a tackle goes down, they need to move Martin to tackle and bring McGovern in at guard. They better pray that they don't need to use a 2nd center.

He was tonight but he has played just as poorly in previous games.

Yeahhh, i am not at all comfortable with any of these three.....the FO better be looking now and also even if they have to pull off a trade for a worthy backup.

The defense is going to be decent. Jaylon needs to go and Cox needs to get some snaps.

Nah I can't. Because in years past you wouldn't get that many guys to flash especially in a draft that was defensive heavy.

Gotta give it to the Cowboys....the jury is out on the defense but they look to have some depth on defense.....took only 2 drafts to do it.
That's without Lawrence playing and Watkins was out tonight which is favorite for starting DT so far.

Will be some hard choices come cut day. Maybe Dallas will look for some trades to move guys around.

I wouldn't mind another defensive draft next year. Specifically safety, LB, DE and DT. Possibly corner in mid rounds if Brown and Lewis are about done, although i like the future with Diggs, Joseph, Wright, Canady plus Reggie Robinson will be back

I don't want him as the main backup or even on the 53. I just think like the announcers said he's very raw. He's essentially a rookie from a small school. Some of you are so quick to want to cut players and apparently don't believe any can develop. Landry had a three-year rule and I think overall that's a good rule of thumb. Give him a year on the practice squad and if he doesn't make progress next preseason, let him go.

BTW, I hope the backup QB(s) isn't on this team. Gilbert is too indecisive, and Rush doesn't have a strong enough arm. Why Rush had a good night tonight is that he's a smart quarterback. That's helped him overcome his athletic limitations at times.

You aren’t going to go far in this league throwing 99% of your passes sidearmed and off your back foot. He’s afraid to step into his passes

His mechanics need a lot of work. There are times that a quarterback has to be able to throw from all angles, and DiNucci can do that, but he's really got to work on dropping his elbow. However, accuracy wasn't really his issue tonight, except on the first interception when he threw it behind the receiver. Tonight, he did a poor job of reading the defense.

I liked what I saw from the defense. I think the DT position might once again be a weakness, them boys got blown off the line a lot. Loved Parsons and Neal as the starters, hopefully we can do something with Jaylon.

Dinooch experiment has got to be over, please. Rush outplayed GG, he may just sneak in as the backup pending who other teams let go. It was nice to see Noah Brown show up.
