oh boy
I doubt corner with Joseph coming back and a few guys on the PS.You guys think another surprise is coming as in another linebacker or corner coming in a trade or pick up?
“The move doesn't save the Cowboys anything on this year's salary cap since his salary was guaranteed but potentially saves them from a guaranteed salary in 2022 if he were injured. The club explore trade possibilities but nothing materialized.”

It's sad if true. To have been that good in college with so much potential, to get such a devastating injury in the last game of an incredible college career, to see a glimpse of success and what could be, to have been so close to recovered but hurt just enough to lose a precious NFL step.....it's like a tease. He's got to be devastated.
But worse.....to have people who call themselves Cowboy fans insult your dedication, personality, and physical struggle, to use those kind of words to describe Jaylon Smith, to incur hatred simply by giving everything he had to realize a life long dream.....it's sad.
Ouch I didn’t know he paid money for the switch
Um….don’t get that. He’s been a decidedly average NFL linebacker this year playing a lower number of snaps. You already owe him all his money this season and you’re not going to get anyone better off the street.
Just seems like a pointless move that only hurts depth
Their LB play has been really bad this year. They are feeling like the may have whiffed on their early round LB from this past draft as well. They might have a big enough ego to take a chance at Jaylon once he clears waivers to see if they can get something out of him.Oh for sure. Don’t sleep on Washington. They just lost Jon Bostic for the season
Thank you Jerry!!!!!
They better be planning some kind of move with this

If they insert Cox, who is going to babysit him? Parson, is still learning, and the new additions have not grasped the playbook.
They should try and trade Gallup
This is a nonsensical move. Release him for what? Why reduce our depth at LB?
