when Gallimore comes back Hill will be inactive many games..we will simply have too many players of the same position there who most likely are better, hope he proves me wrong..he can help why urban and Gallimore are gone..
Depends on what happens with Urban. He could be out more than 3 weeks. IMO he will just to be safe and him be there for the playoffs

Just elevated Hamilton so doesn't look like this week for Hill
I believe we have two open spots on the 53 (Joseph took one) and then we get two practice squad elevations. I imagine the other spot may be saved for Gallup or Gallimore

How long will Urban be out? Anyone know how they feel about Bohanna? Watkins?

Who? I kid, but I am curious to see if he has anything. Quinn will hopefully bring it out in him if so.

Cowboys defensive tackle Trysten Hill returned to practice on Wednesday for the first time since his ACL tear on October 11, 2020.

That’s right. Only a few plays after Dak Prescott’s brutal leg injury that’s become etched into the mind of every Cowboys fan, another starter went down with a season-ending injury — and he’s only just now coming back. Defensive tackle Trysten Hill returned to the practice field, and Head Coach Mike McCarthy is excited to see what he brings to the flourishing Cowboys defense.

Does anyone care?

I know I’m in the minority here with Hill, but I’m excited to see him in this system with DQ. I felt that he made some good progress prior to his injury. He seemed explosive and always seemed to be making a push into the backfield. Get some young fella!
I have to agree. He did played better before his injury. Hoping he can make an impact now that he returned.

I think we will be seeing some serious trench warfare Sunday night.

I'm sure you're in the minority too, but there's a good chance he'll add some sorely needed pass rush up the middle. Before Osa showed up, I would have put Hill as our #2 pass rushing DT behind Gallimore - and both have been out. Hill will be our #2 pass rushing DT til Gallimore is back. He's needed.

I think this might be his final shot. He is stepping into a good situation where he can help. He better or this will be it for him in Dallas. IMO.

Hill will have to show something this year to avoid being our disposable veteran injury insurance next year.
