This guy must have pictures of someone with a farm animal. He had three penalties today within just a few plays. Someone help me figure out how and why this guy is still starting over McGovern????Has anyone ever seen a guy play so poorly and keep his job. He must have pictures of Jerry with call girls or something.
The coaches really need to consider playing Collins there and moving Steele back to RT when Tyron returns. The penalties and whiffs are going to keep happening and a play like that could cost the team a playoff game.
Is there anyone that thinks this guy should keep his job? Dudes in his fourth year for goodness sake.

Wow, you are on top of things. Hats off to you.If he goes to GB he'll be fine. There is an NFL policy against calling a Packer OL for holding.
Actually he does, plus commits penalties. Not every play but he is clearly the weakest link. It would be different if we had no options but most of think there are.but it's not like he's missing blocks, getting blown off the ball,
He has more holding calls than 16 TEAMS do. He isn’t good, nor is he averageCareful what you wish for. CW has been an average NFL G this season. If you have a fully healthy OL I can see how Collins is an upgrade, but you dont have a fully healthy line right now.
The Cowboys will continue to play him because :
1) He really hasnt performed poorly, and was a top half of the league G last season.
2) The Cowboys want him to get paid this offseason so they can get the comp pick
3) Collins is probably the only true upgrade on the team right now, and hes already in the lineup.
I’ve watched sportrac for years and they estimate contracts based on comparable contractsMostly agree here and you're right Williams isn't the bad guard some think here. Outside of the penalties, he's been a pretty solid starter, which is why he has kept his job. I think Gallup will get quite a bit more though, while Williams may touch 7 million a year on the higher side.

They’ve been pretty accurate for years
They estimate CW gets 10 mil based on peats and flowers contracts
They have Gallup getting 9 mil
What hurts gallups value is he’s basically the 3rd option here and I don’t think any team his gonna pay him to be the 1. And there is several good WR’s hitting the market at the same time
But it’s all just a guess till we see what really happens
CW is gonna get the last laugh when he gets a big contract next year
He’s a solid guard that fans he way under rate
It won’t stop him from getting paidFYI - Williams is the most penalized player in the league. https://www.nflpenalties.com/all-players.php?year=2021&view=total
It won’t stop him from getting paid
He’s a solid player and on the oline that gets you paidGood point on the number of talented WRs coming onto the market. It's just hard to invision the NFL leader in penalties getting 10 million a year.

No doubt it will be someone elseTrue. Let's hope it's by someone else.
Who cares about next year. He’s a free agent this is his exit interview yr in the Art Gallery.
