but one of the questions I consistently ask people is if you move on from Dak what is the solution? Truth is there is no solution that doesn’t also involve a ton of risk. over 50% of first round QB’s taken never play as well as Dak.

It’s not easy finding an elite QB. They dont Grow on trees.

none of the complainers have any answers, its usually "not my job". couple of them said Cooper Rush (yes, somebody said Cooper Rush is as good as Dak) and they suggested we bring Dalton back.

The defense gets paid to make stops. PERIOD!!!!!!! And, they, like the offense, are EXTREMELY INCONSISTENT in performing their jobs.

I guarantee you’re wrong! Carr is very inconsistent. Check out the Raiders forums and see how frustrated their fans are with him. Dak outplayed him on Thanksgiving checkout the numbers. You can have Derek Carr and his up and down play and turnovers. He’s a big part of the reason the Raiders struggle every year. The guy has a losing QB record and only led the Raiders to the playoffs once.

and Dak is consistant? He isnt and he has a far better roster.

How does it make sense to say a QB averaging almost 300 yards and over 2 TDs per game called a bus driver. If you don't like him that's fine, but he is clearly doing much more than just driving the bus.

our first quarter scoring has been lagging. but some of that is figuring out the defense and how to attack them. but the game is 4 quarters. most games in NFL go into 4th quarter within a score and its what you do then that matters....do I want more first quarter scoring? yes, but its 4 quarters. by the same token we have been really good in the 3rd quarter, except these last couple of games that we lost, we have seemingly not made the right adjustments at half time and have come out flat.
