It is a problem but you can't eliminate the human aspect of it. We've done it to ourselves by painting a huge target on our backs.

But you reduce the impact of it by working to get better officiating starting with full-time officials whose job is to know how to enforce the rules clearly competently and consistently..

The problem is Moore is a passing guy from Boise State who wants to look like a genius more (no pun intended) more than he does win the game. I mean the play that cost us really was the first down sack right before the two minute warning followed by the Lamb drop.

It was idiotic not the run there and give yourself second and 5-7 yards . With three timeouts still it was even more idiotic to go on fourth and 11 when we could pin them deep and if held like we did there at the end (sort of,) Had a much shorter way to go with more time and maybe a lot more time..
Junior is VERY insecure and itches 3 - 4 times a game to show us how smart he is.

Yes, I agree, and bad officiating eventually gets filtered out. See Jerome Boger. But again, this wasn't bad officiating. It was bad discipline

If the talent wasn't there, I wouldn't be so disappointed.
There is talent at the skill positions, but our OL and DL are constantly overpowered and dominated by big physical lines. When you add to that the fact that we went short handed at LB, thinking we could stop power teams willing to run the ball with LVE and a bunch of DBs, was foolish roster building.

I think Quinn ran enough games to turn our lightweights into a fun to watch team and a pretty good nickel defense, but we don’t have run thumpers on the DL or at LB, and there are always a few games like this every year where you need just that.

On offense, we desperately need upgrades at C and LG. Williams was better than McGovern, but I’ll bet we have the lightest middle three in the NFL and maybe the only starting LG under 300 LBs. It’s not just about running the ball. Those guys up the middle need power and size and the ability to drop anchor.

They all need competition. There needs to be a "It doesn't matter how much you make, you mess up you sit" mentality.
Everyone running to get paid so they can do as little as possible.

lol good one, that would be great.

Remember the season when the cowboys lost and the season was over...some fan came out to the cowboys facility with a big sign ripping the cowboys. I think a Cowboys player saw him standing out there with the sign, pulled up in his car, and got out confronting him. He needs to get back out there with the sign. lol

or his obligatory three offsides penalties a game :banghead:
We lived with that from Ware. I think Gregory brings great effort and is very physical. Some of the other stuff can be coached, but most speed rushers get called for early jumps.

I really believe Jerry sold his soul to the devil for SBXXX.

He's even joked about time being up.

Doesn't work like that.

We will never sniff a SuperBowl doing it Jerry's Way.

True but Ware was a smart player, not sure I can say the same for Randy.
