He played awful for 3 quarters and then had the nerve to call out the refs after the game

He was given two opportunities to win this game and failed on both.

Totally disheartening

Agree man. I’ve done a lot of Dak pumping within reason the last 2 years. Didn’t like the contract but thought the guy could lead. I just wrote about the ref blaming. This team has a culture issue

I feel bad for a lot of you on here who I argued with about Dak and what he was as a player.

This is not fun at all and no matter how good our roster looks or anything I’ll just never believe in this team with Dak as the QB.

I like the guy and I want him to have a title but he’s just not a good player.

I feel bad for him in a way because he works so hard and he’s such a good leader but his contract has destroyed any chance my team has of winning anything ever.
Me and you are owned a lot of apologies that we will never receive.

We got a lot of insults and rude comments for simply thinking Dak wasn't a great QB. We were called haters, trolls, and Eagles fans for months just for thinking the guys wasn't that good.

I wanted nothing more than him to prove me wrong, but he's not capable of doing that.

I am not off his bandwagon but was never on it 100% either. Just kind of hanging off the edge.
However I will walk along beside it for now instead of hanging on to the side.
So I can let go at anytime.
But I will not go into next season thinking he will be great. He will have to prove it…all year long…
I say this only because I am a Cowboys fan and we have him for the next 3 seasons. So as a fan I will have to support him.

They will need a lot of help though and an awesome defense to help. And fix the OL.

He doesn't have the foot speed to be a real running threat. And he's not a stand tall pure pocket passer. You add those two things together then mix in his low arching fast balls and you get....a great bus driver.

Been trying to tell you all for 3 years... He's an average QB that needs elite talent around him at all times to be successful. Call me a "hater" all you want, it's just the way I see it... Wish I was wrong.

Joe Burrow didn’t have much of a running game either and completely showed what Prescott isn’t….a great qb

Adios.

Might want to change your avatar name. Pretty sure you wouldn't want to be reminded of or liking him.

I like the guy. He battles for my team and the team means a lot to him. It’s just sad that Dallas paid him so much and he can’t come close to playing up to that.

There is nothing worse then watching a game just dwindle away and knowing our 40 million dollar QB doesn’t have the ability to do anything.

Look at Daks body language. What the hell happened to that confident dude that we had for the first half of the season. Looks like he turned into someone completely different. Looked like a what a rookie would look like.

It's a hopeless feeling for sure.

It's year 6 and he just is what he is at this point. He just does not have the talent to be a top QB.

There's nothing he can do about it either. He can practice, study, and do whatever he thinks will work, but there is nothing that can overcome his lack of talent.

The fact that he DEMANDED to be paid so much really says alot about the guy.

This guy makes money off the field just for being our QB and taking a paycut at 25M to 30M max would still have him set up for life..

I say if anything, people are too soft on him.

I didn't want to be right.

I see you adopted my "he needs to prove it" attitude.

Better late than never I suppose. Maybe we can get along better now.

my thing the past two season was …I will wait to see what he does before I decide for sure what I think. Of course the injury delayed it until this season.
Now I am back to a 50/50 or less. Today was very poor. Once again a slow start, and yes, it is a team thing. But elite QBs overcome certain things,

Dak did not do that. He once again was hesitant throwing the ball, holding on too long.
As a fan I won’t give up, because we are stuck with him. So I will root for him to improve. But he needs that surrounding team.

This is as good as it will ever get from Dak. Experience won't really make him a better QB - he is already in his 6th year and I just don't think there is an extra level that he can get to. He knows how to recognize blitzes and can beat them, which is a skill that a starting QB should have. But there are probably 15-20 QBs who can do that too. Once defenses start disguising coverages and looks, they know Dak can't beat them.

So congrats to Dak, he's aced Basic and Intermediate NFL QB-ing...many NFL QBs in the history of the league can't make it past one or both. But Advanced NFL QB-ing is a level that only the truly elite at the position can get to and for a lot of guys, it is simply unreachable due to physical/mental limitations (or a combo of both)

I knew Dak wasn't that good but I thought he turned the corner early this year. They didn't have Nick Bosa and Dak still couldn't cash in on the game winning TD. I'm sure Pat Mahomes would've got the job done. Aaron Rodgers would've scored or Tom Brady. Even Matt Stafford.

Good job Dak for fooling the Joneses to give him that huge contract. Expect more performances like today and like the game against the Cardinals.

I'm on the wagon for any quarterback the cowboys trot out as the number one however will never become one of those Dak gobblers or Haters.

He's simply a product of his environment. An above average quarterback that most teams would love to have. He's good enough to win a superbowl under the right coaching staff or team when his only goal is to drive the bust straight without crashing. When he's asked to do to much he will fold like a paper towel.

To give him some benifit of the doubt it's hard to get into a rhythm with a poorly disciplined team.
