If Dak was as good as his contract says he is we wouldn’t be complaining about Kellen Moore.

Bieniemy won’t be a hc in the next couple of years due to Nagy recent failure at being a head coach and the only reasons Nagy got the job was because the Chiefs offense were good and Pederson just won the SB.

Or maybe he looked bad because he has no idea how to coach with common sense? I mean prime example is just look at the other side of the field. Jimmy G sucks and had a broke thumb. Two years ago CowboysZone thought getting rid of Garrett was the answer to this teams problems. He was the reason for every loss.

Now 2 years later we need a purge of the entire organization.

Sometimes I think CowboysZone has no idea what its talking about.

It's not hard to figure out. Garrett was a mediocre coach that needed to be fired. No one said firing Garrett alone fixes the issues, what people said was the team needed to dump Garrett and bring in a legitimate HC that could take the team to the next level.

Jerry didnt do that. He hired a re-tread that had some issues in GB with the greatest QB of the last 2 decades not named Brady.

Maybe the Cowboys should listen to CZ more, frankly. They were right about Garrett long before Jerry admitted it. And this place wasn't bullish on McCarthy when hired and now many want him gone. But I suspect Jerry is going to repeat the Garrett mistake and keep McCarthy longer than he should.

Andy Reid was a great coach before those guys ever stepped on the field.

The next guy, whether he is another Jerry yes man or not, will still have to deal with Dak at QB and be limited in what he can do.

Embrace the concept of "AND". The offensive problems weren't just a Dak problem. It was also an OL problem, an over the hill RB problem, an OC problem.

It’s a combo of things.Kellen not great, but neither is his QB.

This is who the cowboys need he is creative..... innovative.... puts players in the right position/ formula to succeed... if jerry is about selling tickets and loves offensive production Eric Bieniemy will get the best out of the players we have on offense.

The reason why people want to do this is because Garrett is still here he's just in the form of Kellen Moore. The same issues we had with Garrett are the same ones we have with Moore. They need to get rid of anything resembling Jason Garrett and his playbook and offense.

Mike McCarthy screwed up keeping Moore here. I was glad he did but in hindsight it was a mistake. He should be coaching with his own offense and playbook.

Coaching has everything to do with a players success. Mahomes wouldn’t have developed under Garrett.

You guys give too much credit to player ability. This is football, not basketball where one player can take over a game. Team, talent, and coaching all weigh equal parts into a players success. Better coaching can make up for a lack of talent, and vice versa.

It is you who doesnt see all the little things that the QB does to make everyone else, including the coach look good. Brady sees things that Dak doesnt, he goes off of one player to another from preplay analysis. Then, Brady hits players in a position where they can catch an run. Often Dak is hitting them down by their feet where they get tackled before they had a chance to turn up field.

I always laugh when Mahomes drops back, feels the rush and rolls right, then rolls left, stops and throws it 65 yards downfield to tyreke Hill who is sitting there making a fair catch. I always turn to whomever Im with and say, damn, those Chiefs coaches are good....lol
