Well this goes back to my main defense of Dak- it takes an entire team to consistently win games; and unless the quarterback is tossing three pick-sixes every game it's hardly ever just his fault. Dak is like 95 percent of starting quarterbacks in this regard. Cousins has been the same guy on two teams basically.

To illustrate my point, Matthew Stafford, Lions or Matthew Stafford, Rams? Detroit could never put together the coaching staff and roster around Stafford to help him get to the Super Bowl. I hope the Cowboys can do this for Dak someday.

Because worse QB's than him have rings. This can't be denied.
Dak has played on good teams but sadly he hasn't been good enough.

What a dumb *** article. First off, Dak has 37 touchdowns not 27.

Secondly, the article acknowledges Dak wins 62 percent of his games and Cousins wins 50 percent of his games. They are not of the same caliber. A lazy comparison made by lazy people……
Cowboys play against the nfc least.

They are very similar, cousin's can do a bit more with his arm while Dak can(tbd?) do more with his leg, if he's not broken.

Just to add a little bit of truth to your argument the NFC North is considerably worse.

You consider those guys expensive low impact players?

For being the 7th highest paid OL taking up 16% of the cap? Yeah, I'd say there wasn't much of a positive impact from our OL as a whole. Then for 2022 they're listed at 28% of the cap. No way are they worth that.

I agree as a joke but I can’t call Tyron and Martin low impact guys.

LOL no. As a whole. We're spending a lot of money and getting average results from our OL as a unit.
While I agree as hole....I feel like it averages off when you factor in how low Martin and Tyron are paid. There are 25-30 linemen in the league that get paid more than them.

How do you become a hole?

Al I’m saying is they are professional athletes…y’all talk like they play for free or something.
Ok we will pretend like some divisions aren't weaker than others because they have professional athletes.

Every division has weak teams......Cowboys shouldn't apologize because they are the best in their division. Tom Brady sure as hell didn't and he made a career of it.
