BB: if we lose Coop, Gallup and Wilson may wanna go WR with 24

Don't see losing all three but if we do, I think the replacement for a 2nd WR is a free agent. Otherwise, you're hoping a WR at 24 is good enough to be a day-one starter........too risky IMO.

Something nobody is talking about, what if they sign Gallup long-term. No matter what happens with Wilson, finding a 3rd receiver not too difficult to fill, hell Randall Cobb is expected to be released by the Packers, would bring him back at a discount.

As for Gallup, IF Stephen makes him offer, my guess is he'll low-ball it w/o a lot of guaranteed money.

I don't see us drafting a WR round 1. I have a hunch we'll trade down, unless someone falls that is too hard to pass on. I expect either OL, or LB going rd 1. Plenty of depth in the draft at other positions.

Got watching some video on WRs today, and Jameson Williams interests me.

Walter Football lists his player comparison as "Will Fuller/Hollywood Brown/Henry Ruggs". That's better than I could put it... Williams fits on that kind of skinny, straight-line burner spectrum. If he was coming into the draft completely healthy, I would take him in the 30-50 range. He's a complementary receiver rather than a #1, and he only fits with a QB who can put the ball deep.

But here's the thing, that's kind of what we need in Dallas. We could use a shot-play #2 type. And if his ACL starts dropping him towards our pick in the late second... man that's tempting.

Williams is a stud…he’s interesting Bc he’s a tall burner so he’s got a bigger catch radius.

It’ll come down to the medicals on how soon he goes.

Gallup is going to command 10+ million…I love the dude but how much money can we pump into the position?

If Coop stays, let Gallup walk, resign Ceddy and draft a mid round WR.

Let's keep in mind he's hitting the market in March, 7 months before his expected recovery time. I can't imagine ANY GM offering much G-money on a long-term deal with that much recovery time left. What I can see, is him getting a market value 1-year deal ( $13-15M) based on recovery /playing time. We will find out soon.........interesting to see how it turns out.
