I’m not here to speculate beyond what we know. The family is under no obligation to welcome her once legal status is established. She appears to have her own career.

My hunch is with potentially losing her mother to cancer she simply wants to establish her biological father. Something even adopted children seek out.

She attempted to reach out to him privately but he refused. She’s a smart girl with US Rep contact and legal representation. She simply is taking next course of action. I applaud. Not sure why everyone wouldn’t?

Look...its a hardline...but (IM ASSUMING) Jerry doesnt want anything to do with her. Her mom made the baby decision not Jerry. Why is she forcing Jerry to acknowledge her publicly? Maybe its me...but if your father doesnt want anything to do with you...thats just how it is. I feel for her. But going public about it seems odd.

If this is over a paternity test...I ASSUME Jerry and his lawyers have already pinpointed that her angle is money not closure on who her father truly is. How? Like I described above...offer to take the paternity test in the framework of an NDA with no money on the line and no option for her to sue in the future for money. If the girl refuses...shes after big money.

I still dont know why this has to go public? Because Jerry doesnt have an option to take the paternity test, it be kept confidential between Jerry and the Girl and prevent her from suing in the future?

Thats fair. But I would need to know if the document not being sealed is a mistake that was made? And even then...how many sealed court filings never reach the public domain?

It just seems like going the legal route is going to open the door for all this to get to the public domain. And a person under NDA can just claim...it wasnt me...it was the court. Doesnt seem fair if thats how its looked at. I guess what Im saying is...once you file...your pretty much giving up your NDA status unless its guaranteed to never make it to public domain.

MY OPINION. I just dont think you can claim "a mistake was made in filing" when NDA's are at stake.

Being his "sunset years" (who knows - Jones could go on and be vigorous active another 2 decades (Betty White)), reflection on life often leads people to right wrongs and acknowledge neglects.
A looming factor how the other three offspring feel about this situation...their knowledge (or lack thereof) - beforehand; and whether it's in their character to voice an opinion to their father.

I dont disagree with this at all... but I also dont believe she has ANY right to any future funds from Jerry. Im talking from a legal standpoint, not a moral one.

Now...I think Jerry and Lawyers would be smart to make it seem like Jerry has a bunch of skeletons through media in the closet when he doesnt. As in...the one and only fun baby files...it goes public...Jerry and his lawyer team put out rumors suggesting there are a lot more when there isnt...so when all this comes to a head and the public is expecting a bunch of other laundry to air and nothing else comes out...the public is left with "just one fun baby?...thats no big deal".

But yeah...Im over here wondering if those other Reality show women and girls were his too lol. I think its funny that Cindy moved to Dallas. Especially after the girl wasnt a kid anymore lol(Jerry you lazy a-hole haha). Why would this lady move to Dallas unless Jerry was involved somehow or it was easier for Jerry's people to take care of her privately that way?

Now...if it comes out Jerry has more than 3 fun babies and he has refused being involved in their lives...thats starting to make it look like Jerry is the one making mistakes. But I dont fault rich men for having sex...or having sex with 3 different women a day. I dont fault him thus far for this one incident. Again...if it leads to a bunch others like the Ticket guys were suggesting....maybe I change my position based on the new information.

Guys with money take advantage of their position. We all would. Does that mean you shouldnt be allowed to have sex without having to worry about a woman trapping you? They are allowed to lie about their motives and the court back them up? Doesnt seem reasonable.
