Chenal + Parsons would be ridiculous!
Damone Clark looks explosive, super fast closing speed on highlights. I like both LB's.
Clark seems really underrated by the draft media.

The draft media said coverage was a question mark for Micah Parsons.Testing is important, but not the end all, be all, which is the game film. He is more of a downhill player, where many have to project him in coverage, which he didn't do much on the college level. The modern game is all about stopping the pass, which there are question marks within his game.
He is an ideal replacement for Lve’s role as a two down linebacker but potential to play 3 downsThe draft media said coverage was a question mark for Micah Parsons.
- It was only because he didn't do it very often.
Leo Chenal is a machine. Terrific blitzing ability. He rocks many of those college OL backwards.
Without All-22 I couldn't always see him when he dropped in coverage, but QBs rarely ever seemed to throw in his direction.
I would be a good compliment to have with Jabril Cox because Chenal is terrific in the areas where Jabril has question marks.
There will be some good options at LB in the draft after the 1st round. He is an ideal replacement for Lve’s role as a two down linebacker but potential to play 3 downs
I agree, even on day 3There will be some good options at LB in the draft after the 1st round.

Who is we? Are you on the payroll? Maybe you have wised up to the trenches being the most important positions on the field, but there is no reason to think Dumb and Dumber has had some kind of awakening after all these years.Unfortunately, you're right. Let's hope the top 10 are taken early....I don't want to see anyone 'dropping' and being a 'must take, shiny piece'.
Luckily, I think we've got the message that you can't to anything unless the trenches are secure....the lack of rumor on William's and the predicted landing spots of at least 3 Guards is end of the first does seems a fortuitous coincidence that may indicate that common sense has made a comeback.
LVE is going to fill the LVE role.Chenal fits like a glove in that Lve role. He is a stack and shedder and very good downhill player. I have him earmarked in rd 3 for the Cowboys if he lasts that long.
LVE is going to fill the LVE role.
I counted 12Could be looking at anybody. They have like nine draftable players.
Yeah it will be until draft day when old prune face craps all over it.McCarthy said. “This is the most involved I’ve been with the draft.
“It’s awesome.”
If this is the most hands-on draft experience that he has ever had, then Jerry needs to stop his involvement in the drafting. This offseason is too important to risk MM ruining it . He can get on-the-job training some other time. Can't link it.

This will be McCarthy’s third draft with the organization. Over the weekend, he called this a huge draft class for the Cowboys in terms of maintaining their roster integrity.
Dallas has nine picks in next month’s draft after stockpiling four picks in the fifth round.
“Definitely, the lifeline is the draft,” McCarthy said.
These are a few of the players McCarthy will see this week:
Mississippi State (Tuesday): Offensive tackle Charles Cross, cornerback Martin Emerson Jr. and receiver Makai Polk.
Mississippi (Wednesday): Quarterback Matt Corral, defensive end Sam Williams, linebacker Lakia Henry, receiver Jonathan Mingo.
Penn State (Thursday): Receiver Jahan Dotson, safety Jaquan Brisker, edge rushers Arnold Ebiketie and Jesse Luketa, offensive tackle Rasheed Walker, linebacker Brandon Smith.
McCarthy and defensive coordinator Dan Quinn attended Georgia’s Pro Day last week. The Cowboys head coach called it a great visit.
“I want to see as many prospects as I can,” McCarthy said. “This is the most involved I’ve been with the draft.
“It’s awesome.”
If bet we draft someone from Penn St this year. Hoping to replicate our success with Parsons
He did not miss a game in 2021...for like 5-6 games anyway.
Parsons was a freak and a generational talent. If bet we draft someone from Penn St this year. Hoping to replicate our success with Parsons
