You can’t be serious. Listen I liked that we saved money and was not a Cooper fan. But your original statement was that people were reacting differently. Well yes! They got 5 premium picks in a WR heavy draft. They also had already signed talent. We got a 5th after announcing we’d lean to cutting him. We have a hole, the guys we had before and a guy competing for #3. Your argument carries no weight and has zero standing. No one is trolling. That is fact. Also if the Jones family is so good why have we not won but 3 playoff games on 26 yrs and have been wasting talent. I can’t talk to people like this because it’s nonsensical
there want interest in trading for cooper get over it we saved 16mil got what we could for this tier player..hes not on the same level so could not get the same return..also had bloated contract for sub 900 yard played. He is who he is not even close to c a comparison the Jonses had no choice keep him or give him away to only team even remotely interest in giving up draft pick before he was released. You think the Jonses mad bad deal and got fleeced its the other way around NO INTEREST for more compensation and we have rcvers to take his lace. Easy choice..

Wow. Great player to give up. Not going to replace him anytime soon.

Eight draft picks in rounds 1 - 4 (two apiece in each round). Enough draft capital to select the best prospect(s) that KC deem could come in and produce right away (and further develop).

Maybe that is the reason but they just gave up their top weapon for unknowns. Much easier to defend that team without Tyreek HIll on it. Bad move IMO.
yeah barring off field issue, or injury issue, it was stupid to not pay hill and keep him.
Hill is a major weapon, just find ways to get him the ball.
Probably gets miami in playoffs this season.

hill wanted and got 23 mil a season, he is worth that considering dallas was paying amari 20 mil.

I wonder if jones boys even considered making a offer for him??:lmao::facepalm: no they like their guys !
and jerrys fav thing each year is the # 1 pick in draft.
he did give a 1 for amari, isnt hill worth 2?

the draft picks are nice, but if they muff those, they wind up with some mediocre players and no hill.
When you do this for picks, you better hit on those picks.
I think they need OL, but what if they get a connor williams?

I think they should have kept hill, will be curious how effective the offense is without him.

I think it is a smart move given his contract demands.

WR is one of the easiest positions to fill these days and they got a nice haul of draft picks.

I understand that. My point was he is a unique talent. Generational speed guy. Not replacing him.

The difference between Amari’s career numbers and Hill’s is negligible.
The difference between front office’s is massive.
Had Dallas kept there collective mouths shut and talked about restructuring Amari rather than releasing him they would have gotten a second at the very least.

we paid ours already 2 years ago needed cap room they just cut there's and wouldn't pay,..they would have had to do the same 2 years from now..its apples to oranges..they are being cheap we already had AC at 20 and harder to trade for more picks, got it.. its the same in both teams moved players to save money., get over it they have a huge hole now IMO we do not ac didnt leave as big hole as we have lamb and Gallup.
Anyone comparing the Boys and Chiefs organization and trying to somehow claim we are even in the same universe as regards getting it done is a complete moron.
They have won a SB and gotten to two; and close to another in the last three years.
What have we done?

Well duh cause that's how most people think. The mass majority of professionals come from nothing and see money as the holy grail. To me when your already getting paid stupid amounts of money that will last generations to come no need to ask for everything. Rather have a ring then the extra money.

again unlike the rest of us, their careers only last a short period of time, they must make the most of it while they have the chance, once it is over, it over .
