I've never been to the new place (yet) and by far would rather be home or with family and friends. Better food too. Plus the line to my bathrooms is almost non-existent.

That is one of those things that will trigger me. I don't cotton to being taken advantage of and certainly not by someone who supposedly cares about me.

My nephew is a few weeks from being able to move out from one of those situations. He's been forced to live there since Christmas because both their names were on the lease and he couldn't force her out.

Bottom line is she has always been a dead expense and even though he & his parents have done a lot to help her (she & her mom are always broke) didn't keep her from cheating on him. Family couldn't understand why he got with her to begin with & why he couldn't see her for who she was all along. It has been a painful lesson for him but one I don't suspect he'll need any refresher courses on.

This is why you date for a long time and dont just jump into living together or getting married right off the bat. You got to feel out the relationship and make sure its a right fit and that the other person feels the same way and aint just there for a free gravy train ride.

I mean, if you are dating a chick and she wants you to pay for every dam thing, even like getting her car fixed that she wrecked (actually happened to me, LOL) that is a serious red flag guys and it might be time to hit the eject button on that relationship.

Oh the car wreck thing also happened to him just before he caught her. Unfortunately, he was young & inexperienced when she got her claws into him. He couldn't see past the "good time" aspect.

This will straight up price out a huge percentage of long time Cowboys fans. They’ll be replaced by out of state transplants. And the stadium will get even quieter and more sideways.

Ticket prices for me up by 18.75% from last year. I hope to see some value for that increase, but won't be holding my breath. May trade those seats and all those travel expenses for a new boat.

inflation has hit every area of the economy food, gas, staples, cars, trucks, delivery, chicken wings lol etc etc etc major price increases in every area which would make sense the operation costs of team and the stadium would go up..
