I literally just got done saying "ANY QB." It's a meaningless statistic for any QB. That's why no one that collects data considers it useful on it's own. There's plenty to criticize Prescott on. This is just flimsy.

This is why I called you Jerry. You've got an excuse for anything negative.

Just group the guys by percentages and see who's in what groups. Some of those guys are well above 30%. Everyone knows you're passing on 3rd and 8+. Sure, playcalling contributes and there are other factors.

But dead last is dead last. I'm surprised no one's turned this into a, "Moore sucks," rant.

Where does he rank in 3rd & medium and 3rd & short? Oh that's right, Dak being in the top 10 doesn't fit yalls narrative so you didn't post it, cool...

Oh btw this is a flimsy arse stat to judge any qb on.

So when the offense is in a one down passing situation, the QB shouldn't be judged by the end result?

You can't read. Trying to debate with you is pointless; you're edgy for no reason. L8R

whats amazing about that stat is that Dak lovers will claim that Stafford is a bum and that Dak is better than him. Brah.. when the Rams need him to keep the drive going the most, did he ever. Even if they dont score on that drive they keep their defense off the field for another set of downs. When they do score after Stafford keeps a drive going after a 3rd and 8+ that sways the momentum of a game so much.
Anyone that puts Dak and Stafford in remotely the same category needs their head examined. Stafford as you say made a number of super clutch throws in the playoffs.

It's the little things like that that Dak homers just do not understand about football.

They like Dak because they think he's cute or has "swag" or something, because they are willing to throw actual football logic out the window to defend him.

It's weird how people see Dak at the bottom of a list and say the stat is meaningless. I'm sure Stafford being at the top of the list isn't meaningless for the Rams.

Dak hasn't shown that he's reached the next level in his QB progression. Early on, his mobility was a big asset to compensate for his lack/limitations of passing ability.
Now, he doesn't display that same zeal to use his running ability, mainly due to his hesitation from injuries and his seeming want to prove that he is a legitimate passer.
He is still a quality QB but he has yet to show he is a Force Multiplier as a QB. FM's elevate their team and overcome player limitations. He hasn't shown that ability and now we are stuck paying him as a top QB and we may not see him reach that FM level. I think the struggles by his Oline have taken a toll and he doesn't seem as confident and that affects his accuracy.
He seems to gain a lot of his stats during garbage time after the team has fallen behind by double digits. He teases a comeback but seems to come up short more times than not.
Does a bear do his thing in the woods???????????

Falcons gave away Ryan to the team that gave away Wentz. 9ers want to get rid of Garropolo and Browns want rid of Mayfield but no one’s biting on those contracts. Rams gave away Goff last year.

I rate Dak higher than all of those guys but he’s not that much better.
And to my point these guys are pedestrian QB's. Garropolo hasn't signed nor will get the monster contract...Ryan is one foot in the grave as far as QB age, and Baker they can't give away. Who knows how Dak stacks up against these guys, but there will always be a group of players at a position that get paid, and many who won't. Darnold, Baker, Garrop will not get monster contracts as teams have learned from Goff and unfortunately we possibly got suckered into Dak's but I am not yet giving up on him

You do realize that anybody that cares enough about this can easily go back a page or two and see that this question that you refuse to answer:

"What is your issue with guys that just find ways to perform when it matters most?

Are you so conditioned to watching bums like Dak and Romo that you forgot what a guy performing when the lights are the brightest look like and you now resent it? You seem to care much more about what their stats look like at the end of the year instead of where they lead their team."

had nothing at all to do with Sudfeld and everything to do with you trying to disparage Joe "Never 1 and done in the playoffs" Flacco and him leading his team to a 10-5 playoff record, Super Bowl MVP, and greatest QB playoff run of all time, right?

Meanwhile, you are trying to tell other posters to "post Joe's other stats and ignore the playoff stuff" because, when your hero is Dak Prescott, regular season is all that matters and all ya got.
I told another post to post his other post season stats….smh.
