If she kept her wits and he turned on her at some point, he may be the one no longer alive instead. It will not help her from eventually being arrested and incarcerated for aiding and abetting a murder convict's escape but it would insure the public's safety from anything he would otherwise do without her consent. Just my two cents.I've got a bad feeling about this.
He's free from prison, which was his #1 goal. What does he need her for? When this all ends, she may not be alive.
Hope I'm wrong.
I don't know. She's a prison guard, not a Green Beret. He's a murderer, and probably much bigger and stronger. Plus, if he decides to kill her, he probably won't tell her first. If she kept her wits and he turned on her at some point, he may be the one no longer alive instead. She is a law enforcement officer trained to shoot to kill. She might pull the trigger in the middle of giving her the side eye. And bullets could not care less how big or strong anyone is.I don't know. She's a prison guard, not a Green Beret. He's a murderer, and probably much bigger and stronger. I would be interested in their method of travel if that is true. By vehicle would be my first guess. Surely the investigation would have gotten some clue if travel had been by plane or ship--even if transactions were made in cash. There would be too many cameras and potential eyewitnesses if they had chosen either of those two forms of transportation. Those two are probably in Central America by now. She sold her house in a hurry shortly before this.

Crazy stuff. She also handed in her retirement papers the day before. She was set to retire the day after she helped him escape. Crazy lady. Those two are probably in Central America by now. She sold her house in a hurry shortly before this.
Just being an LEO means nothing. Look at how many 'trained' LEO's miss and screw up all the time. And just how often does a prison guard actually practice with a fire arm?She is a law enforcement officer trained to shoot to kill. I know a prison guard in Upstate New York. He'd never had any type of law enforcement training before applying for the job. I can't say I'm 100% certain, but if I remember correctly, he went from applying, to training, to working in the prison in about 6 months. To me, it doesn't exactly seem like razor sharp instincts and experience are a huge requirement.Just being an LEO means nothing. Look at how many 'trained' LEO's miss and screw up all the time.
