Whoever is the tight end is his most trusted receiver. Dak prefers throws to tight ends much more than receivers.
Yet, for some strange reason his receivers have more catches and yards than his tight ends since 2016…I think you are thinking about Mahomes.Whoever is the tight end is his most trusted receiver. Dak prefers throws to tight ends much more than receivers.

That exactly what I was thinking but wanted someone else to say it first lol.Scramble drill. QB runs right you run with him so he's not trying to throw back and across his body. This is not a sign of genius; it's basic competence.

Tight ends are referred to as security blankets for a reason. When the quarterback is in trouble it's easier for him to make a shorter throw. In this case both quarterback and tight end did what was expected and the play was successful, I wouldn't read any more into than that.
Both guys working to extend the play.
Targets mean he threw more not that he trusts him more. The TE is open much more often and is generally an easy guy to find when things break downNot true as Ceedee was the #1 receiver in targets by far and also receptions.
