He was producing as the team's entire goal became obsessed with the rushing recorrd.

Seriously, why do you ramble on with this same tired schtick every day?

i can’t imagine what goes through someone’s head to do such a weird character for so long

Murray.

His commitment to his conditioning was Herschel Walker-esque and made for a very consistent battering ram game in and game out. He'd wear down the 2nd level of a defense so much that by the 4th qtr they didn't want to tackle him head on anymore. As much as Zeke was touted as having great hands, Murray didn't drop balls at all like Zeke did. He could block like a SOB, too.
He also cost us the GB playoff game because he refused to hold a football properly.

You seem so bothered by me. Overly.
Quit your obsession with me. I am shy and vulnerable.

So dunna worry about me.
Worry about your tough guy gonzo avatar being humiliated on TV by a Hell's Angel.
Your avatar was ready to cry.:) It was fun!

But, seriously, quit yer obsession with me. If you do it is 7 years of bad luck --- like at your pappy's thrift store.:(

You confuse obsessed with annoyed.

It's funny, but not the way you probably think it is.

Oh well.

And you could say the refs cost us that game. Cobb's reception clearly hit the ground but surprisingly wasn't overturned, allowing them to continue driving down the field and the Dez catch.

If fact, refs played a big part in the end of the 2016 playoff game with GB where they allowed 2-linemen to molest and tackle David Irving on the most crucial play of the game.

But anyway, the 2014 Dallas offense put itself on Murray's back. 1845 friggin yards on the ground. DeMarco was a freight train that year.

During Barber III's time in Dallas, the Cowboys played in only four playoff games.
His best showing was in the divisional round game v. the Giants:
27 carries for 129 yds (including 36yd run, eight 1st downs, and 1 TD, 1 catch for 9 yds.
In the other 3 playoff games, Barbar totaled 14 rushes for 22 yds and 3 catches for 23 yds.

And how many did Demarco play in?

I’m genuinely not trying to rub it in, just arguing the point: for the time period listed, 4 is a lot

Julius Jones
Marion Barber
Tashard Choice
Felix Jones
DeMarco Murray
Joseph Randle
Darren McFadden
Ezekiel Elliott
Tony Pollard

These are the primary ones I can remember from memory so apologies if I forgot one you like

I’m going with Murray
im going with murray too ,
broke a 50 year old record on rushing for 100 for first 7 games I think.
had what 1800 yards, just overall had a fantastic season.

But I liked him early on.

He still holds several cowboy records, like most in a game and maybe for a season.
