Agreed. I believe he will come out of college after the 2025 season (3 years: 2023 - 2025), since Arch Manning still has to finish his high school senior year this upcoming 2022 season.
IDK. Maybe but I bet he graduates before coming out. His family prob would want him to finish college. It’s not like they need the money . It might depend know when Whorns bolt to SEC.

This was a smart move . He has a better shot of dominating in Big 12 than SEC. By the time Whorns bolt to SEC he’ll already be established .

And it might just be for senior year. I think UT could still move in 2024 when new SEC TV kicks in and other teams join Big 12. We shall see.

Dak's contract is up in 2025. Manning could be coming out in 2025. Coincidence...I think not. Anybody up for pulling a Ricky Williams type trade on draft day? That's if he lives up to the hype of course.
Daks guaranteed will be up in 2024. Most likely we resign him before 2025. Assuming we do.

Goin to UT...unless he changes his mind.

Incredible they got Quinn Ewers and now Manning

My daughter will be a sophomore at UT this Fall
Do students get an extra seat for a parent?
:muttley:
Let’s see if they can build around these QB’s. They have been stinking it up . I still think Whorns might have made mistake letting Herman go.

Name has something to do with it but when you got Alabama, Georgia and Clemson knocking on your door along with Texas I think they see the talent there as well.
Whorns always have talent. The big sell for Manning I think is one , it’s not in SEC and two it’s Austin, one of the greatest party schools and fraternities in the country. Definitely in the South.

Herman SUCKED! I'm so glad he's gone.

Sarkisian had best get his head out of his rear end and start calling much better and smarter offensive play calls. If not, he needs to pass play calling duties over to someone much better.

Herman had the program going in a better direction. Just needed a great QB.

Sark looked like crap last year. Arch prob saved him for at least until 2023. We’ll see. Another losing season and you know the pressure will be on. There is no patience at 40 acres.

It’s true. Of all the places why would the family want to him to come to Dallas.

Remember how Archie dictated where Eli went .
It was because San Diego sucked as a TV market and sponsorship team.

Dallas is tops in pro sports when it comes to TV ratings, sponsors, etc.

No, Herman did not. His Defense stunk badly, and his Offense was not that good either. Plus, Herman's playcalling was horrible as well.

That doesn’t mean anything to players. They would want him to go to a well managed team which priorities aren’t out of whack.

Herman provided the best run for Texas in several years . Like I said . He just needed a star QB.
