When will you be in Football Mode?

I just want to get this season over with so Jerry can fire McCarthy, go through the Rooney rule charade and then hire Sean Payton.

We all know this is what's gonna happen unless McCarthy wins the Superbowl.

Horrible perspective, but I understand your perspective.
Pay close attention to some depth on this roster and it might help your enthusiasm level.

I can't remember a time when I've been so ambivalent toward the start of Training Camp.
I think I and many other fans are in a wait an see what they do in the playoff, if they make it, everything else is irrelevant to a certain extent. The regular season in some ways becomes irrelevant due to being teased and ultimately let down as the season goes on.
Me too, i was just looking online today and was like Last year and year before i was so pumped for TC and Pre Season and now im like Meh i could care less. very weird.

I'm in football mode all year.....I don't care if we are favorites or longshots....I'm a fan and I will always think every game is relevant, even preseason. I don't watch baseball and I only watch some basketball during the playoffs, that's because I'm not a fan of those sports....but, I AM A FAN OF FOOTBALL....middle school, HS, college and professional.....I can't wait to watch the XFL, too.
I was all in on the USFL bruh...dead serious

Football is fun to watch....I even watched the Mexico vs. USA Women's 7 on 7 championship game....I was surprised to see Mexico beat the USA 39-0. Wow

At least now we're in forward mode. First it was months rehashing the Niners game, then months discussing draft picks. With camp starting we can look forward as the team comes together for the season.

Like a number of folks, my optimism meter isn't where I'd like it to be but the beginning of football season has always been a great time of year to me. It's baaaaack!

I feel you. Being from Bermuda I watch EPL and motocross as well, and I filled some time watching tennis and a little NBA but if football is on nothing else matters.

If the offensive line is strong I would have faith in any season going into it. I think our line is average at best without any injuries, once the season starts and some of these backups have to fill in. Smh :(

For sure not happening. Big Mac will finish his 5 years contract.

I don’t get excited until the eve of the regular season. So in early Sept I will start getting excited about real football. For me, most of TC and preseason games are not that revelatory. Most of what you hear from the team and even the press is just PR…until the real games start.

At one point I put madden on in broadcast mode with no one playing just to watch football of some sort.

All day every day is my answer
