this was very interesting.



So I noticed that Publix Grocery Story chain has a Hattie B's replacement now in their deli. Nashville Spicy Fried Chicken. I splurged on it the first 3-4x but got tired of it fast. Still not as moist and has that perfected spice as Hattie B's and some of those deep south joints. Any good recipes for the perfect fried chicken?

That's pretty cool though. For some reason I always thought fried food was more of a 20th century invention.
 
Had Spaghetti with homemade Spaghetti Sauce earlier tonight, it was very good.

Listen, One of the biggest things I've learned from cooking meat is, give it time to rest. 5 mins makes a big difference.
