LG- McGovern

Don't think we have much choice....don't see it any other way. Tyler Smith is a tackle...not a guard anyway. Sucks that he didn't get much time there...but it is what it is. He was going to eventually be there anyway...gonna have to live with some growing pains.

Tyler Smith is absolutely not a tackle right now. He plays too high and reaches too much. He’s going to set the record for holding penalties if they move him outside where he has to block in space. He has a future as a OT, but he’s not there yet.

I like the concept, although I'd have Farinok at RG. He is better than McGovern IMO.

The reason they won't do this is the same reason they won't start Farinok.....they don't want to move several positions around because of one injury.

A bit ironic since they claim to value position flex in the draft.

The reality is they are all over the map with what they think their plan might actually be.
