Wish former Cowboys nothing but the best.Good luck man.
He got paid and wanted to worry about after football. He could have been training and watching tape and studying…He had enough physical ability to have remained in the NFL but he was a very dumb player on the field.
In college his overwhelming physical ability offset his lack of instincts and lack of football knowledge.
After the injury he longer had that uber athleticism to compensate for a low football IQ.
His athleticism in college was Parsons-ish but Parsons probably had more football knowledge in High School than Jaylon has now.
Remember when he last vs the blocking Sled?He got paid and wanted to worry about after football. He could have been training and watching tape and studying…
That guy was delusional. He really thought he was a good player, talking about "watch the tape". LolI dont get the Jaylon hate. Good guy that unfortunately couldn’t do the things physically that he needed to do to remain a factor.
He got lazy. Had 1 good year next to LVE..Remember when he last vs the blocking Sled?
- That happened because his technique was all wrong.
- If the player is too close or to far away from the sled when the explode into it, they will not generate any power.
I dont get the Jaylon hate. Good guy that unfortunately couldn’t do the things physically that he needed to do to remain a factor.
One can argue that, but can you really blame him taking advantage of what his situation was? I would have done the same as would you haveMaybe he should have concentrated harder on his continuing rehab instead of getting paid and concentrating on off field business ventures.
