Dak should request a trade

Playing for a franchise that is not known for paying skill players. I'd say that's pretty outstanding given the fact that the Packers are always in the thick of it till the end.
But so are the Cowboys lol.

I mean. If I’m the QB I’m putting the ball where it needs be regardless of trust. It’s my job the put the ball where it need to be, period. Dak was not accurate at all. And not putting the ball where it needs to be.
CeeDee Lamb. It’s not a Number one receiver

Dak was awful
OL was awful
WR were awful
OC was awful
run defense was awful
coaching was awful

you don't go scoring 3 point with blame going to one person. there was a lot of people involved in this mess

That's purely deflecting the responsibility. You've always been an apologist for everything Dak, even from the time we discussed the contract.
The bottom line is that we aren't going to win with Dak at QB. There is the problem with the Jones etc, but on the field, as shown in the second half of last season and yesterday he just can't step up to be the leader we need .... its the same old arguments of needing stars around him and accuracy (throwing behind receivers).
He's not going anywhere, who'd want that contract, so we'll put up with him... but stop this Group Mentality.... he's the QB.

Highest scoring offense in the league says you’re wrong. CeeDee Lamb is not a number one receiver. Prescott is not the reason why we haven’t been winning

Speaking of QB's without weapons, if there is a QB in the league that can whine about that, it would be Aaron Rodgers. Did anyone see what he was throwing to yesterday? But guess what, that team will tighten things up and before you know it they will finish the season with 12 wins because their OC isn't a moron.

Which is part of my point.

I noticed WRs with single coverage a step ahead not getting the ball. But to be fair, would you trust any of the Wrs? Lamb was awful. 2 receptions?

I think Lamb dropped more passes than he caught. Contrary to the primary function of a WR.

Not entirely the case. If anything the Cowboys are a franchise that overpays players, and makes bad trades. For instance yesterdays game will not cause the Packers to go out and burn a #1 pick for a WR. Doesn't happen. The Cowboys however have done that over and over again.

For the most part I totally agree. I am not an Aaron Rodgers Mr. Hail Mary fan

somehow the eagles got several picks for carson wentz, but if we traded Dak, I'd bet all we get in return is a 3rd or 4th rounder. Dak would be smart to get out of here and let someone else take the blame for this dumpster fire. Our GM literally traded away our offensive talent or let them walk for NO reason and did nothing with the cap savings.

Exactly, and I'd imagine we could get a decent return on investment with the trade. I'd imagine teams have a higher opinion of Dak than fans on here do. Also, for his preservation, he really should request a trade. Jerry doesn't care, so why should Dak?

I really hate to say this. I really do. However, Jerry deserves this, and, if Dak wants to salvage his career, I think he needs to go to a team whose owner actually cares about winning. He's not got weapons here. His contract, compared to other QBs really isn't all that bad, and there are teams who'd likely snap him up quickly. If he doesn't want to end up like Romo, he needs to really consider waiving his trade clause and going to a team like Seattle, who need a QB and would probably give us a king's ransom to get Dak. I'm NOT blaming Dak for yesterday. The loss is on Jerry, and, unfortunately, Jerry doesn't care. So, Dak should go to a team who does care and can build a roster.
Not a team in the league that would take on that contract for that mediocre quarterback.

The front offices around the league in general are smart enough to avoid that level QB at that price.
