Do We Draft, Sign, Or Trade For A QB?

The worst thing that could have happened is the Prescott injury. These colossal morons need to see how inept he is without a pro bowl supporting cast every week. Now they can chalk this up to a bad night and we lost our starting QB for half the season so that explains the top 10 draft pick.

Never underestimate how dumb they are.

They will not be in the QB market in the offseason. I guarantee it.
Unfortunately maybe your best ever post.

I get it.

Jerry is a problem, but Jerry isn't going anywhere.

I'd rather have Jerry actively trying to get a real QB in here than have Jerry just hitch the teams wagon to these untalented guys.

Jerry will always be a problem of course, but it's better to have 1 problem (Jerry) than 2 of them (Jerry and Dak).
Jerry isnt going anywhere is a statement that haunts me. He wont actively do anything. Because that means admitting he was wrong. Jerry will never do that. So.

Here we are my friend.

Do we try to get a QB through draft like Wilson, Jones, Haskins, mayfield, darnold, rosen, turbiskey.....not saying we shouldn't try, but its like fishing in shark infested waters. fish is going to be tough to catch.

who do we sign like Brady? will they be able to overcome the dysfunction that's Jerry jones?

who is willing to trade a QB that can lift this team to the next level? Stafford, was a #1 over all pick. Detroit in need of a big haul, needing talent infusion and draft picks. so who are the bottom sucking teams that have a mathew stafford type player and ready to make a trade?

its all wishful thinking.

with that said, Dak is here one more year. if we suck this year, we can go fishing for a QB, maybe we get lucky, but then again, Jerry will find a way to ruin him too.
I hear Johnny football is available.

Man I want Burrow. No matter how unrealistic that is. Who is the owner of the Bengals? Can't Jerry blackmail him or something?

Senile owner always thinks the team is "thisclose". The last thing he wants to do is start over without a QB he owes big money to even though the QB is clearly to any non zealot, a bus driver at best.

No. Trading a generational player would be incredibly stupid. Start drafting QB's.
Why? Parsons career will be wasted here.

I'd trade Parsons and a #1 for Rodgers in a heartbeat if he got sideways with Green Bay.

For those that were on the fence it's time to face the music. Dak just isn't good. He's an injury waiting to happen at this point and he requires elite players everywhere to even look halfway decent. When Dak is your QB the margin of error with the rest of the roster is incredibly small. The Teddy Bridgewater's and Garner Minshews of the world would look better right now. I mean, I thought Rush looked better.

So we have 3 options here:

Do we try to get a QB through the draft like Mahomes, Burrow, Herbert, or Allen?

Do we sign a QB like Tampa did with Brady?

Do we trade for a QB like the Rams did with Stafford?

Personally, with us being stuck with the injury prone and not good Dak Prescott I think we should draft a 1st rounder THIS YEAR with our high draft pick we'll have. This years draft is supposed to be very high on QB talent. This is the year we should do it.

We can put him behind Dak and let him learn and as soon as Dak can be let go we let him go.

It's time to take the QB seriously again for the first time since Aikman.
Oh goodie, now I get to listen to dumb crap like this for 2 months.

Best way to look like and idjit is to sign a player to a stupid contract.
Works ever time!

Jerry is calling Ryan Fitzpatrick this morning and asking about his beard........

It's a gamble, you're right.

But if you hit on them you're set. You have to at least try.
In Dallas Jerry doesn't want his handpicked and Paid qb looking over his shoulder so drafting a quality QB isn't happening. GM Jerry doesn't believe in drafting a QB high unless he isn't paying one top dollar. Not having a top QB is as bad or worse than having and paying a fraud to be one.

This is worse than the year they released Dez and traded for Cooper. The off season personnel moves on offense are glaring right now. The Washington injury was unfortunate, but even expecting to go into the season with only CeeDee and Schultz as your only real proven players was a bad gamble.

our priorities need to be OL, WR and QB in that order. there's no QB alive that could make this mess work, we're spectacularly bad at WR and OL

Hey, look everyone.

It's the poster that bet me Dak would have a better season than Mahomes.

And he calls threads like this "dumb crap" :lmao::lmao:
Yes, like he did last year. Go figure.

Bets off btw, injury clause.

Enjoy your week 1 victory
