I think they started using Wilson to spy Jones in the second half and that really cut down on the scramblesThey're not there yet. Plug the middle and things will get even better. Daniel Jones almost won the game by himself on those runs. That's got to be fixed
Good point. Wilson was all over him 2nd half.I think they started using Wilson to spy Jones in he second half and that really cut down on the scrambles
I am still hoping they will take the ball away more. However, with Dallas not putting up the offensive numbers like last season, teams are not taking as many chances with higher risk plays. So we fans have to prepare for a lower amount of takeaways.I haven’t seen a Cowboys defense play this well since Doomsday. They’re playing even better than the 90’s defense so far. It’s only been 3 games so the jury is still out, but if they keep this up this team is going a long way.
Once we get Dak, Gallup, Shultz and the offensive line fully healthy they’ll be scoring more points. The opposing offense will have to take more chances and then the turnovers will come.I am still hoping they will take the ball away more. However, with Dallas not putting up the offensive numbers like last season, teams are not taking as many chances with higher risk plays. So we fans have to prepare for a lower amount of takeaways.
nopeThey're way better than the 90's, bro.
Teams can’t pass on the Cowboys so they have to rely on the run. The Cowboys defense is strong in every area. They’re not the Buddy Ryan Bears, but they’re definitely one of the top defenses in the league. And you need a strong defense to win championships. They’re good, but tilted there because of passing downs obviously. It’s when Parsons makes his presence felt. Run defense is not elite and LVE is a major drop off when he’s in.

Agreed. And sneaky athleticThis. But also, Jones is a big guy and fast and difficult to tackle once he gets moving. He's built a little bit like Cam.
