Anyone claiming that Rush is a 'better' QB is probably getting caught up. Dak is a trash QB but Rush isn't actually that special. Having said that.. Rush is a better QB for this team.

I've said for years that this team could have a bus driving QB and still win games if we got the defence right.. proven correct. I'd go back to when Dak first injured the ankle and we got some back ups in there.. and they actually did alright but we had a league worst level defence and lost games. This create even more 'Dak mania' because people thought he was capable of more than he was.

Dak takes sacks because he is slow to release the ball. Our O'Line is not the dominant unit it was 6-7 years ago but it still has talent. Notice how clean Rush has stayed?? Dak meanwhile takes hits because he gets locked up, refuses to run, has no field vision and panicks.

The reality is that Rush should stay under centre.. and we should be looking for a proper QB in the draft/trade period. If we have a chance to offload Dak.. we need to take it, but I suspect we are stuck with the white elephant for a while yet.

Are you watching the games. Yes Rush can play. But Moore tried or Rush changed plays at the line today. They got to aggressive again and that’s why the game took so long to be done. I watched the other team take advantage of our weakness, our outside edge run Defense. It pi$$ed me off to no end.

Our plan is run and then play action. Later in the game we were using the same wham runs in the middle until they were catching us behind the line and Moore refused to call a screen or a off tackle or pitch or toss play. And honestly I think our team and O-Line went weak. You go weak and try to coast and you have injuries.

This TEAM needs to put the pedal down. Need to take the game NOW.

We played a team that don’t have it together. We were ok. But if it’s next weeks team then we get beat.

Our Defense gave us so many chances to get it over in the first half and we did nothing. Let’s go deep instead of running and slow and go.

I’m not a fan of Dak, thought he was overpaid and said so, but had he played today we prob win by 2-3 more TDs.

Rush is a methodical bus driver, but he isn’t beating good teams either.

If before Dak returns Rush beats the Rams and Eagles, I may change my tune, but Dak is a solid top 15 QB, Rush isn’t.

Rush is playing great for a backup, but he isn’t lighting up the field.

this is why when many argued Dak was underachieving and way overpaid , some dak lovers thought this team is worthless without dak and that dak was holding it together. we wasted 4-5 years on dak's mediority. but the contract is signed and guaranteed so dak will still start soon and we shall see how that pans out.
