I for one hope like HELL he keeps playing good and winning. It’s just funny that those that have been actively rooting against the most important player on “their team” for like 5 years are now very sensitive to the very mild and isolated criticism of Rush.

I totally agree with you about the bickering. And I've posted here before about the Cowboy fans are the worst in the league. But....if you think this is bickering, wait til Dak comes back.

It’s not like he’s doing absolutely nothing. That’s what sucks means. He’s playing well. He’s driving the bus. And yes, the defense is winning the games.

And let me guess.....you don't think it's strong words when the say those things about Dak? And Dak is lights-out better than Rush...hands down. Rush is doing what he's supposed to do with a defense like that. But...if the defense weren't playing lights-out,.....hmm.

Also, a question for the OP, why are you "thrilled" we have a QB that you believe "sucks" as the backup?

We say the same thing when Dak is QB. What's even more amazing is when Dak does win, he's criticized to all end for not doing this, not doing that. Sounds like double standard

Next 2 games will tell us more about our defense and rush.
However if dak were starting, would anyone here (besides a few lol) say dak would win both games????
Or even either of them lol, most would be happy going 1-1 with dak.

curious to see how rush does, and how our defense does against 2 good offenses.

Nervous about what? I'm a Cowboys fan first and foremost. No....what a lot of you are hoping for is Rush is QB if we when the next two. It's not going to matter. He's a BACKUP with BACKUP skills that's making few mistakes (with the help of penalties) with the benefits of a lights-out defense....period!

Yeah. You're reaching a there.

Nobody thinks Rush is top notch. We just think the biggest difference in him and Dak is the paychecks. That's the problem.

Dak is paid to clearly be the better QB, it shouldn't even be close, there should be no question.

But yet here are, 3-0 without him.

to some of you. Rush is playing well, but with our defense allowing just 1 TD a game, it makes things easier for Rush and I'm glad of it. He had a few bad throws....two ints called back because of penalties. But, he's driving the bus. The offense is not on fire and if it wasn't for our defense the Rush love wouldn't be like it is. But I'm happy we have him for a backup.
