If it wasn't for our Defense, Rush would suck

to some of you. Rush is playing well, but with our defense allowing just 1 TD a game, it makes things easier for Rush and I'm glad of it. He had a few bad throws....two ints called back because of penalties. But, he's driving the bus. The offense is not on fire and if it wasn't for our defense the Rush love wouldn't be like it is. You could’ve said the same for Tom Brady most of his career and esp early in his career…

not comparing Rush to Brady just saying the same principle works for every QB. If any QB turns the ball over it makes it vastly harder to win. Rush has protected the ball and made enough big throws to win games. Will he be in Canton…uhhh no. But neither is Trent Dilfer, but Dilfer does have a SB ring.

You have no idea if he will be in Canton. He is making a name for himself.

If he ends up winning a SB, he could end up in Canton because of his story and the rest of his career. He's only 28 years old.

They go hand and hand. At least R-U-S-H is winning with this D and it's more than any of you can say about the TOAD HUNTER. Dakota "TOAD HUNTER" Prescot was born to lose and he's been proving this for years.

Lets also keep one other thing in mind. How many games do we win when we give up 30 points or more with Dak? Yeah I'll agree we won't win a shootout with Rush. But how many do we win with Dak?

I think Rush is a little better than Suck if not for the D. Maybe we'd win 50% of the games if our D wasn't quite as good, but not terrible. But that's what you'd hope for from a backup.

How did Dak look against Tampa? Defense held Tampa to 19 points and he still sucked. He put up 3 points on a defense that just gave up 41 points at home to KC.

This! Dude s*** the bad bad! Same with the 49ers game last season too! Seems like when the lights come on, the moment becomes too big for him. I used to be a huge dak supporter.....but over and over again I haven't seen him elevate his game when it really matters! It's been 7 years already y'all.....and he still hasn't taken that step!

We're 3-12 with Dak at QB when our opponent scores 30+.

That's probably 3 more wins that Rush would get, but it's still a crap record.

It's amazing how well the defense can do when they aren't playing the game by themselves.
I think the time and points the offense generates has something to do with the defensive success.
The Cowboys aren't 15 points behind before the offense starts playing.
