Hankins ha been with the Cowboys how long? He didn’t all of a sudden forget how to pull holes. He passed his physical and is 30 years old.
Hankins will help; but we need someone beside him as well to seal up that gap up the middle

Not sure what your getting at. Hankins played good for his first game.

How much of the rushing yards were because of losing outside containment on Fields?

The big plays were there; but way too many good gains came up the middle; and have been for far too long
The containment mistakes by DLAW and a couple others were bad; but probably correctable by kicking their butts

The mistakes are because they are going for the sacks. A couple of plays would have also erased a lot of yards as well. The Fowler offsides and the roughing the passer call ended up giving the Bears a lot of yardage and points and the interception caused by Lamb added to it as well.

Personally I think of the Cowboys don't trade for a wr Jerry will sign obj because he has to make some sort of splash in the new to get his team talked about.

Along with the usual we were this close to trading for bla bla with our honest offers

I would be okay with Brandin Cooks if Dallas doesn't overpay. My ideal swap would be Dallas gets Cooks and the Texans' 2023 5th for a 2023 3rd rounder and a conditional 2024 4th.

You’d think after 27 years of losing in the playoffs that you’d address the one thing that always kills us in the playoffs, aka, stopping the run. But no. Let’s continue to add to the offense again year after year.

Get a DT or LB. Then worry about receiver.
They did make a trade....Hankins. Give it time to work. No matter who else we get, it will take time to work

Do you not think that we have a decent shot of passing Philly and having the number 1 spot? Do you not think that we are not going to be good enough down the stretch?
I do not think we will pass them due to their NAIA schedule.

I just took a deeper look into DJ Moore over the past 4.5 seasons. I don't see a 17 million per season contract coming for him. Certainly not worth a 1st round pick. If we trade for him we essentially have 3 WR2 on the roster.

He's coming off 3 straight ~1200 yard seasons and he would be getting a massive upgrade at QB. He would do very well here.

Show me a play up the middle when Hankins was in that was his fault?

How much help does Dak need?

look he just needs an elite Oline, elite Running back, elite wide receivers but he can work with just an average to good tight end.

Lamb hasn't been bad minus a few drops. I just don't understand trading for a WR that means giving up picks and picking up a big salary when we could have just kept Cooper or resigned Wilson. Did they dislike Cooper that much?
,make zero sense ... Lamb has #1 WR stats he and Coop are nearly dead even..we have Gallup comig on with Dak back, brown, Washington coming back..its not need nor ever was something IMO Jerry was looking at,. and great run Offense with 3 good TES to run what we run best 12-13 formations.,

Outside of LG or CB we dont have many Needs AT ALL..

You say this as if Gallup, Brown, Washington, & Schultz are some kind of world beaters.
They are all above average and together with Lamb, a strong run game, and good defense it is more than many teams have, Dak will make them all better,.Schultz and Gallup were mostly MIA and last game Bam all is well again.
