Kevonte Turpin deserves a shot at full time WR

Nah, he was trained at a young age to be elusive and dodge defenders.

My guess is he is still learning the route aspect of being an nfl receiver. Being fast and elusive is one thing, but being able to read defenses/hot routes is a totally different thing. My guess is he gets more opportunities with time.

Man with his size I just dont know that I would trust Turpin to block in 2 tight sets. At least if you put him bunched to one side he isn't on an island trying to block a DB that has 30-50 pounds on him. Plus now you can run some pick plays and actually design ways to get him open in space.

Maybe not. But 5-7 offensive touches a game (in addition to his normal return duties) could go a long ways towards helping this offense. You could also send him deep as a decoy. He and Pollard are electric and both have “home run potential” every time they touch the ball.

Lucky was terrible, when he came in everyone in the stadium knew what was coming, he never caught 2 passes in his time here.
